Was there breakfast included? No one told us if so.
Being not from the area, I needed to know how to manipulate the underground or getting around inside, bad snow outside unprepared for that!
Unbeatable location, right in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to everything. Easy to get to and great amenities. Highly recommend.
Great view, great room, friendly staff.
Picketers (hotel workers union) were outside morning through evening both days we were there. They were very loud, but the doors/windows insulated us from the noise well.
Great view, good location, staff did well in maintaining despite labor strike.
Could not get Wifi to work in our room, despite making a lengthy call to the 3rd party IT support number we were given. Pillows felt beaten down and were not especially comfortable. Minor gripe, but a regular coffee packet was replaced with a decaf, leaving us only one cup of caffeinated coffee on the way out the door.
Room was not ready
No pool, elevator broke, had snacks out for kids to touch and u automatically have to pay for it once they move they candy
Dishonest business practices
I think it is exceptionally unethical to process a cancellation without making it explicitly clear to your customers that they will not receive a refund. This seems like a pretty low bar.
I will make sure my next stay in the city will have free parking. $75+ to park after paying a couple hundred bucks for a room is terrible.
The service was great even if the hotel was sold out!!
Nice room; cool hotel
Management not helpful
My friend and I got there on a Thursday night. We asked the manager if we could get an upgrade since I was a gold member and the hotel was more than half empty. She denied us that courtesy. I would understand if the hotel was full but it was totally empty probably due to the bad weather so I will not stay here again
