10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all lovely - very friendly and helpful. The hotel is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Rooms are not as large as you would find in a 4 star boutique hotel, but they are easily large enough, I didn’t find it too small. Our bathroom however was larger than most and the shower was huge. The room was spotless and the 4 poster bed was very comfortable. The room had an ironing board and iron, hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities. Many hotels advertised as dog-friendly are merely ‘dog tolerant’. The Wychwood Inn however is genuinely dog-friendly! There is a large attractive garden, and a number of cosy areas to sit and relax. The overall ambience is of comfort and relaxation, but despite this careful attention is paid to the details and everything is done very well and is efficiently run. The food is very good. We had an evening meal as well as breakfast and both were excellent. It is well-located for exploring the Cotswolds and is excellent value. We would unhesitatingly visit again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Warmly greeted, booked in and shown to our room. Our room (number3) faced the road. This did not affect us as we live on a road much busier but if you are used to no traffic it might affect you. Nice touch of fresh milk in the fridge on the landing as well as the usual little long life pots and a thermos style container enables you to keep the fresh milk in the room. Bathroom spotless and no black mouldy sealant. Great rain shower! Good hot water. Heated towel rail for warm fluffy towels. Radiator in room could be used if it was chilly and to warm your bedsocks! We booked for B and B but also chose to have our evening meal in as well. Lovely freshly cooked to order food. Good portions. No problem if I requested any changes. We stayed 3 nights so the menu didn't change. Hubby liked the Ales that were available and if you are a gin lover...…..say no more. Loved the black/tay berries in the ice cubes. Very obliging when I wanted a starter for a main meal. Loved the side salad ...so fresh. Good basic breakfast. Cereals, fruit, yoghurts, toast and English. Loved the porridge - with lovely little pots of cream, honey and demerera sugar for indulgence. Very dog friendly. Dogs take their owners to a different area to eat but they may be in the bar area. How well behaved they were with responsible owners. All the staff very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Plenty of space for off road parking. We do not usually stay anywhere more than once. This could be one that we return to. Good location for access to Oxford and other areas of the Cotswolds, Boughton-on-the-Water,. Broadway, Moreton-in-the Marsh etc..
Cons: Wish there had been a chicken dish on the menu when we were there. Maybe a slightly limited menu choice. A picky comment but would have preferred a biscuit on the tray to dunk(!) instead of a bite sized flapjack. Did not ask but I'm sure staff would probably have obliged. Nothing affected our stay though.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable
Cons: No food till evening so had to go out and find another place to eat when we arrived at lunch. Bar decor was sparse not as warm and comfortable as we’d have liked. Sadly staff left doors open at night when it was cool and raining making it uncomfortable so we took our drink to our room. This was around 10pm and felt chased away from relaxing in the bar.

Pros: This beautiful property was a pleasure to stay in. Our room was superb and met our every need. The bed was absolutely super comfy and a super king size as well, yet there was still plenty of room for a lovely little sofa too. The location couldn’t have been more perfect - right on the quaint little high street, with wonderful pubs and restaurants and Blenheim Palace literally a couple of minutes’ walk away. Fantastic cooked breakfast as well!
Cons: Can’t fault it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay.lovely hosts
4.2 Okay
Pros: The location was good, close to Blenheim palace and Oxford.
Cons: It was right on a busy street with a bus stop right under our windows, and all family rooms facing on the busy street. My son could not sleep during the night at all. It was terribly hot and they only had one small fan in a room which was not sufficient to cool anyone down. I had to cut our stay short and was expected at least one night refund, but got nothing. I had to let 2 nights go, because the conditions were unbearable, and I had to rent another hotel with AC. It could be different if the weather would be different, but the hotel was completely not ready and prepared to accommodate any change based of our miserable situation.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice old world charm hotel in centre of village. Very friendly staff
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean and comfortable room,a little over priced for a b+b.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely quaint Inn with peaceful outlook, very comfortable bed & staff very friendly and helpful
Cons: Not enough shelving in bathroom for toilet bags. A luggage rack would also be helpful
6.7 Good
Pros: Clean room . Large bed.
Cons: Did not get the room we booked for which was "River view" Rude staff . Flies in breakfast room ( many) AND in shared yoghurt bowl at breakfast time.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This Hotel is charming, such a lovely room and the location is perfect, so quiet. The room I stayed in had every comfort you would expect. spacious and comfortable, although they could do with an arm chair to relax in and enjoy the views.
Cons: The staff are very attentive, but as I had dinner with a friend, during our meal we were asked if there would be two for breakfast, which seemed odd, the meal was quite expensive and was all put on my room bill, assuming that my friend would now be staying the night, which he wasn't it was quiet embarrassing when he had to remove it from my bill and divide it between us. I had the Lamb, which was very fatty, I mentioned this and was told all lamb is fatty!
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful location; welcoming staff; delicious food
Cons: The noise from the pipes in the bedroom. Every time someone in another room ran a tap or flushed the toilet we heard the pipes running (and not quietly! - very glad no-one had a late night/early morning shower!!) Also, communication in the rooms could be better/more accurate. No mention of Wi-fi (which was free and with no log-in required, but not found for a while because no reference) and notes stated that OS maps were available to borrow from the bar - but this was not the case (although good pamphlet on local circular walks)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect for a Cotswolds mini break. The Riverside room was very comfortable and the added bonus of a small private garden was great for our 2yr old son. Every member of staff were not just helpful, but super friendly as well as professional - we were very impressed. We will be back...
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Not really value for money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All Hotel staff were cheerful and remembered us from one day till the next. Staff was able to book us an excellent tour guide, we were lucky the guide could fit us in. Meals were excellent. Handicapped accessible shower was great.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I fell on my feet, this was the perfect country inn with food to match. Beautiful Cotswold stone building, tasteful country-style furnishing and a blissfully comfortable bed. I had venison and beetroot pie and pineapple tarte tatin for dinner, both were absolutely delicious, the best meal I've had for a long time and at a reasonable cost. Lovely cooked breakfast and I have never tasted such delicious toast and butter, both locally produced.
Cons: Only tiny niggle - very dim lighting in the bedroom made it difficult to read, and the washbasin taps needed new washers as they were difficult to turn off which meant they dripped.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent short break staff were excellent, food very good hot tasty even at very busy times nothing was a problem. Our stable room clean, beautiful toiletries,c comfy bed and warm xx many thanks to everyone
Cons: When we had to leave after a very good breakfast.

Pros: Comfortable, quiet hotel in the old style with excellent food, log fires and unobtrusive service.
7.7 Good
Pros: charming location, very beautiful building, exellent service
7.0 Good
Pros: Relaxing atmosphere and style was a mix of a good hotel and an excellent inn.Staff at all levels friendly/professional/efficient/attentive and welcoming.Meals in bars/lounge were off a high standard. Room large and easily accessed for handicapped guests/
Cons: 4 Log fires great, but all needed to have their chimneys swept! Normal wood fire aroma spoilt by visible smoke that attached to clothes/hair. This was one of several weaknesses that indicated lack of maintenance/checks by local or Cotswold Inns and Hotel management. Gratuity added to restaurant bill without previous advice and bathroom had no bath only a shower -this was a superior room but it had the smallest bathroom that could be designed. Limited clothes hanging space(coat hooks behind doors would have helped)
7.7 Good
Pros: Relaxing

The Falkland Arms - Chipping Norton - Building

10.0 Excellent
Pros: stunning location
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The accommodation and breakfast.
Cons: The room was very hot, although there was a fan in the room. But like all electric fans they are noisy.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast not great (tough sausage). Location stunning.
Cons: Sam, who served us on our check out day was slovenly and appeared to lack interest or engagement when interacting with paying guests. But he perked up considerably when a local popped into the bar in the morning. The room was overpriced. Whilst understand space is limited in such an old building, it was inredibly cramped. We were shocked that some tourists visiting the village were turned away ( they wanted to buy a coffee). Poor representation of British hospitality.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We luckily got an upgrade from a room in the pub to a one bedroom cottage nearby, which was excellent. It had plenty of room and was nicely presented , quiet and a short walk to the thatched, historic pub itself. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the food was reasonable - overall well recommended. Great Tew is a pretty village, with plenty of warm stone buildings and thatched roofs.
Cons: The breakfast eggs were rather overcooked!
6.7 Good
Pros: The location was very quiet unless you happen to be there on bin collection day which is rather early. It is a very oldie world and rustic inn
Cons: This Inn is owned by the Wadworth chain and the evening menu is very ordinary and run of the mill. Many creaky floor boards which could keep you awake until every guest is settled for the night and our bed was only 4'6" which we are not used to
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This very old pub is fantastic. It is full of charm and character. Room was spotless, facilities were great. We really enjoyed our stay in this charming village.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved it. Will stay again. Food was great too
Cons: The stairs as we had a toddler.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Beautiful location and building.
Cons: Staff had a couldn't care less attitude. Chequing in felt like it was an imposition for the dark haired lad who handed us our keys. No hair drier ,iron or ironing board in room, Came down to asked staff if they had any I could use. A quite pleasant young man didn't know and asked the other staff member that had chequed us in. He was lazily laying on a bench in the bar with his hands behind his head relaxing, he replied the managers walking his dog so I don't know. I asked if they could find out and let me know please. Never found out so bought my own hair dryer and had to wear creased clothing for 2 days.
7.9 Good
Pros: Old English Pub/Cider House full of character country hamlet. good food

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location excellent. Attention to detail with complimentary items in room. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: Checking In/Out meeting point. This area has multiple doorways in constant use which makes checking in/out a bit chaotic.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean, great staff and breakfast was brilliant.
Cons: Nothing to dislike. Wi Fi a bit hit and miss.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is the best we had during our entire trip and you got a lot of choice!! Lovely location. Very Clean room. Clean Bathroom (toilet room and shower room are separated). Staff is extremely friendly - we were running behind the regular check-in hour but they accommodate us after we called them.
Cons: The bathroom is smaller comparing to the ones in the US (understandably) and shower head in the bathroom cannot be fixed, and shared bathroom can be an inconvenience for people who tend to use bathroom a bit more at night but the shared bathroom is clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic staff, very clean room, great breakfasts, lovely gardens, right in the middle of a village.
Cons: The tv was very small and on a weird angle so it was a very dark pictur we tried to lighten it but it was impossible. Not a big deal as the place was fantastic.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Convenient for the break l was on the breakfast was superb
Cons: I have never had a shower in cupboard size room but it would not put me off staying there in the future

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast on both days was excellent and very generous. Service was also very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful breakfast. Lovely location, great patio area outside room
Cons: Room quite snug
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff are lovely and efficient. Deb as always went out of her way to look after us. Breakfast was fantastic. I have have stayed with my husband a few times over the years but always in a double room with ensuite which I much prefer, this time I stayed with a female friend and as it was a triple room we had a bed each, for Burford it is great value for money. We eat in the restaurant regularly and the quality of the food is always wonderful. Sunday lunch is a must of you are in the Cotswolds.
Cons: The only room available when we booked was the triple room with shared shower room and toilet. The room was basic and needs refurbishment. I wouldn't stay in this room again as I much prefer ensuite facility, but that's just personal preference.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was so lovely and helpful. They kept everything so clean and made me feel very welcome. Great price for location and inclusion of wonderful breakfast menu! Very easy access to wander the quaint streets of Burford or taking a footpath into the country side.

Cons: Nothing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The food at breakfast was of outstanding quality. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The furnishings in the room, bathroom and public areas were of high quality. A complimentary bottle of local beer in the room was a nice touch.
Cons: I would have preferred a larger bed but appreciate the rooms are quite small in keeping with the period of the property and wouldn't be able to accommodate that.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great pub, lovely food and comfortable room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect because we were visiting relatives in Chipping Norton. The decor of the room was beautiful. We were supplied with locally provided tea and coffee and complimentary water which was appreciated. The breakfast choices were first class including porridge and quality options including salmon and an avocado with poached egg choice. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: We liked everything about this property and its location. We stayed at the front of the accommodation which made it noisy. This was not a problem for us but perhaps might have caused a guest who has sleeping difficulties.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely pub. Room and bathroom very clean and attractive. Breakfast superb.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location in middle of town. The staff were very efficient, friendly, & helpful. We had breakfast & dinner at The Fox for the 4 days we were there, as the food and service was excellent. It was tastefully decorated that gave it a great atmosphere
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff genuine , cheery and helpful
Cons: Toilet paper could do with an upgrade ! Otherwise all excellant
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room and bathroom were very nice.
Cons: I was in one of the outer rooms which overlooks the beer garden and it was quite noisy with people from the pub outside drinking (nothing rowdy and they were perfectly friendly), but this all quietened down after closing time. Unfortunately I had an early start so wasn't able to try the breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely pub bang in the centre of town. The staff were incredible. All very polite, professional and efficient. Our room was a good size with spotlessly clean en suite facilities. Would recommend to anyone
4.6 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was fine.
Cons: The window was broken in room 3 (not sure it would make a difference anyways as the windows are single glazed) so all we could hear was the Aircon units outside our window going on and off all night. (We had about 3 hrs total sleep all night). Not only that the shower unit was hanging off the wall the carpets had large stains in the centre and generally wasnt happy with the room at all. Spoke to the gentleman working in the bar and he did not give us an option to move at all. Definitely not value for money at that room so not sure what the others are like. Will definitely not be staying here again.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very rich breakfast, nice staff
Cons: Narrow bed
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The room, the quiet, the comfortable bed, the excellent breakfast (even though I only ate it once), the accommodating staff (thank you for my early morning latte on the patio).
Cons: Turning off the patio lights around 11 p.m. (midnight?)..... I couldn't have my late night read outside.... a small thing, but important for me. It would have been good to have a facecloth included with the room's linens.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was great restaurant
Cons: Restaurant miserable needs refreshing but food good we enjoyed it
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent & faultless. The staff were courteous.
Cons: The evening meal did not offer value for money, the plates were cold coming from the kitchen, the vegetables were tepid and the sirloin steak was cold.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful, breakfast was delious and Burford is stunning.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The area and people excellent.
Cons: Bed needed new mattress.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Whilst there was nothing that was awful, I can’t say I liked anything particularly.
Cons: I didn’t like the shabby bathroom, the window that wouldn’t close that intruders could easily climb through. I didn’t like the cleaner vacuuming just a few metres away while having my breakfast.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: All very nice, including staff and food. We had a large cosy quite room, which was a bonus.
Cons: Nothing.
7.5 Good
Pros: Friendly staff. Huge selection for breakfast and really well cooked.
Cons: Pillows were a bit lumpy. Could just do with some background music in the dining area. When you are alone it feels quiet and you can also hear other people's conversations.
7.9 Good
Pros: We liked the large quiet bedroom st the rear of the property. The staff were charming and helpful, and the breakfast was really good (the kippers were delicious!)
Cons: We did not find dinner up to expectations.
5.8 Okay
Cons: The room was fine but sadly we were at the front near the road and it was noisy. Our food was fine but the other two tables both complained. One said their chicken was off and the other complained their curry was not very nice. The first had their chicken replaced without an issue the second were told they should have gone to a curry house. This was disappointing. Breakfast was good.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: The room was clean and lovely. It is not a large room , as it's own on suite, but makes up with the hospitality. Can't do enough to make sure you was happy. First class English breakfast, 5 minute walk to blenheim place and saw lots of buses to Oxford. Small town but lovely and friendly. Totally recommend the hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, good position near Blenheim palace and places to eat.
Cons: Bathroom was shabby but clean, needs some attention particularly a new basin as was badly cracked.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A lovely personal welcome, a great location, really friendly, competent and helpful staff and a fabulous breakfast.
Cons: Minor detail, but the bathroom in our ensuite needed a little attention to maintenance, not picked up by housekeeping. The owners have welcomed my well-intended message on this, and have said all will be fixed.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very welcoming and friendly staff and great location. Room very clean and full of character. Breakfast was good and great service.
Cons: I was in Room 6 with my 2 daughters. Their twin beds were comfortable, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and I slept badly. It seems to be broken and beds replacing
7.5 Good
Cons: The cleaning of the room during the stay was minimal
7.5 Good

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lots of character & very comfortable & good breakfast & lovely staff.
Cons: Toiletries could be a little better.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location staff and the overall access of the building were all excellent.
Cons: The TV was tiny in the room and not particularly accessible.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We were attending an event at Blenheim Palace, and as the Blenheim Buttery was literally a short stroll around the corner we could't have been better located. The hotel itself was quaint, clean and comfortable, with modern facilities. Breakfast was good (although fresh orange juice would have been better than from concentrate). Overall, a good experience, if somewhat expensive at £145.
Cons: No air-conditioning, but as it wasn't too hot it wasn't a problem. Towel rail next to the sink would have been nice.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The old feel to the building where we stayed (16th century cottage), tasty food (especially the breakfast was delicious) and a great location in the northern part of Cotswolds.
Cons: Noise coming from the pub when we stayed in a room located directly above the pub (thr cheapest room for approx £110).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The perfect traditional English break . I have spent many weekend breaks looking for a tradional , friendly , cozy inn with friendly British staff and interesting regulars, This I have now found . This has great food and lovely to finish off the evening in the bar with a pint of beer . This place is set in an idealistic small village with all original building and a super large village green complete with a stream Miandering its way lazily through the village . You wanna see historical England then you should call by .
Cons: Think all the cars should use the car park at the back of the inn as it does block a beautiful view from the front terrace at times , however this is minor and maybe picky as I can't find anything else to winge about
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff very helpful ....room noisy as over kitchen.!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Food, wine, beer, pigs in adjacent field.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, pleasant staff, great food.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room and clean. Starf very friendly and polit. Evening meals very nice. And breakfast. Good Location for Blenheim palace. Very happy. Would definitely stay again. Paul United kingdom.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Nice clean room, good tv. Ample parking. Near main road.
Cons: The way the manager talked to me when I told him I did not like the food. I ordered a hotpot (regular price £12.95). What I got was a tiny bowl of stew with sliced boiled potato on top. On the plate were unappetizing green beans and carrots (boiled from frozen?). When I said that this was not hot pot as the potatoes need to be thinly sliced and cooked with the meat I was told that "this is how we do it". I showed him many photos of hot pots on google but he was having none of it and argued and was nasty. I returned it to the kitchen but he told the lady at the till 'she's paying for it!'. The other lady behind the bar was angry with me too as the 'chef' was her son. Very unprofessional, nasty, aggressive and an altogether horrible experience. I was tempted to call the Police because of the way I was treated (single woman alone). Please note: there was no swearing however I have never had such a bad experience in hospitality.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great stay
Cons: It was great vfm
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were all so friendly & nice and the service was excellent. The food was good, lots of choices & excellent puddings. Our room was clean & comfortable, with a huge walk in shower. The rooms were tucked away behind the main building so quiet & I couldn't hear the road
Cons: It was further away from any other towns/villages than I thought so you can't walk anywhere to another town or pub
7.5 Good
Pros: Great amazing breakfast, good value for money, really helpful staff. Quite comfortable room great sleep.
Cons: Further from Oxford centre than thought
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The beds were uncomfortable the bed sheets were cheap and plastic feeling the pillows were awful I would never stay here again. Couldn’t even be bothered to remake the room up after the first night had wet towels the next day - very very disappointing all round
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I was very impressed with the whole package and the room I stayed in was lovely and spacious. The parking was not an issue and the breakfast was good. There is a nice bar for the evening, and the rooms were equipped with modern tvs
Cons: My only gripe was the bed. The mattress was so thing, and the springs could be felt. It is such a shame as everything else was excellent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern facilities
Cons: Didn’t get any cutlery with our meal and was not told we had to collect it ourselves
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good size room and extra pillows as requested.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous all round
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location, vibe, artwork, gin bar
Cons: Told we had been upgraded but had booked a superior double anyway. Bathroom pokey, toiletries only for 1. Bathrobes Very worn. Floor wonky so you both roll to one side of bed. Poor decor, flaking. Pillows stank of previous occupants mouth dribble had to ask to have them changed. Left room after lunch with make up room sign displaying. Returned six 30, no service. A receptionist made up bed, but no clean towels, toiletries or more milk for coffee set up. This place needs some tlc a nd better supervising.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Great location. Gentleman in the bar ....Octvaious? ...was great.
Cons: The service was hit & miss. We were asked if we would like to see the pudding menu and said yes please, then never saw another member of staff in the restaurant. Also, we were very hot during the night. And on inspection, the bed has a plastic backed mattress cover. Not nice.
7.5 Good
Pros: We liked the garden and restaurant. Breakfast was lovely and also all the staff were very helpful and competent.
Cons: Unfortunately, we had the worst room in the hotel, room 26. I say this in terms of the noise not the decor. However there was also no window, only a fire escape and just outside on the wall was an a very loud extractor fan that came on at 5am! It was like trying to sleep on an aircraft. You could not have the fire escape window/doors open. It was also had been a very hot day and then night. There was a new air conditioning unit in the room however we were unable to operate it aas there were no instructions! We did try! We complained about the lack of sleep before checking out but only our comments were noted. Nothing has been done since and we have not been contacted by The Feather's.

Pros: Close to Main Street and breakfast was beautiful
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was lovely. The staff were really nice and helpful Room very comfortable a nice large bed and nicely decorated. The only slight drawback was that the pub closes on Sunday nights. However, there was a music festival at pub next door. It which was very good, great music and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The food was excellent, especially the home-made pies. There is an extensive menu that is cooked with the same flair by a competent and knowledgeable kitchen team. The service was friendly, and the ambience was completed by friendly locals.
Cons: The room décor was a little tired, especially the en suite bathroom, but was nevertheless clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Royal Oak is in a good location. Enjoyable stay, very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: BED COMFORTABLE AND STAFF CHEERFUL AND HELPFUL. ROOM QUIET AND COOL.
Cons: Breakfast would have been improved by a cafetiere of coffee and more choice though it was all clearly explained.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Oak. The bedroom was clean and tidy, and a lot more quieter than we expected given that it was above a pub! The gentleman (sorry -- we can't remember your name!) who served us breakfast was very friendly and attentive, and the full English on both days was delicious.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location just off of the high street. All staff were very welcoming and we were amazed by the size of the bed! Just what we needed. Thank you!
Cons: Very minor thing but the bathroom is slightly dated. However, all appliances worked fine- this is just personal opinion.

Cons: Comfort of bed as matters very lumpy. But was told a new one was on order.
