The entire staff was great but the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel seems a bit dated but it that didn't take away from our visit.
Netflix on the TV as well as Hulu, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the turkey wrap at the lobby bar was fantastic, the front staff was nice even if they were slowed and overwhelmed at times. No free parking, small elevators, wrinkled carpets in the halls, no fridge in the room, poor shower head, no vent fan in the bathroom, breakfast was neither complimentary nor free, ac smelled of mildew, in room literature about the hotel, city, and check-out instructions are at least 2 years outdated. Just stay across the street at the Hyatt. That was a much better experience.
The staff was awesome and definitely took care of us! The location is great, right at fountain square within easy walking distance of many places. The valet parking charge was kind of high at $30
I liked the fact that it was downtown. No breakfast, No wi-if, no parking, AC was turned down to 66 in the room and it was still warm. Pool closed at 10PM... Paids $230 for one night for something that shouldn't have cost over $100 a night. All in all it was just VERY overpriced for what you get.
Location! No free parking or breakfast, extremely small bathroom.
I enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the actual worked well When we arrived we were informed that they only had a room with 2 twin gets even though I goofed this room two months I advance. I also completed an early check in on line further requesting a queen bed and a roll away. We arrived and not only got stuck with twin beds but no rollaway, our keys were notable to be made and we would have to move to another roomwith 2 twin beds on our third night bebecause the room we were in was booked for someone else. When we were escorted by a silent hotel employee to the room as we had no keys we arrived to a room with no toilet paper and a broken phone. Over priced
The Art Deco style, the live jazz combo in the bar; helpful & friendly staff, great location in the city! A little noisy inside the rooms (street noise)
It was close to our final place. The room was very small.
The building, facilities, & staff were all very nice. Very minor things, but our bathroom TV remote battery was dead. Also a notice before arriving at the hotel that the water pump system was going to be being worked on & we would have no water from midnight until around 6 a.m would have been appreciated.
Cleanliness of the lobby and ease of valet parking. Room smelled when we arrived. No slippers, missing robe, tub was dirty and there were no remotes. The air didn't work very well at first. Ordered room service and it was cold and disgusting. $60 worth of food that wasn't even eaten. The price of the hotel room was overrated. The bar downstairs said it was closing at 1am. We came back from our show early to grab a drink before heading up to our room and the bar was closed at 12:30am. Unhappy customer and will go to the Westin from now on.
We liked the location, the room was very spacious. The hotel was very dated.
Good location to Paul Brown Stadium and Great American Ballpark The staff was rude and the room was disgusting. Basically as soon as we walked in we were disgusted. There were cobwebs all over the room, the room smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. There was dirt all over the kitchen and the stove was still greasy from the previous occupant. Living area was aweful. The bathroom looked as if it hasnt been cleaned in a while as there was hair in the sonk and tub and toilet was insanely dirty. I would not sugest anyone stay in this hotel.
