Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, noting its proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, unpleasant odors, and lack of regular housekeeping. The pool was frequently mentioned as being under renovation, closed, or unusable, which disappointed many guests. Service feedback was mixed, with some positive mentions of helpful staff, but also reports of unresponsive or absent personnel. Overall, while the location was a strong positive, cleanliness and pool availability were major concerns.
