Cons:The pickup experience was so crazy I didn't even get the rental. Ended up going with Avis. They take hours to answer the phone. It was just not the experience I wanted getting off of a delayed flight in an unfamiliar city late at night.Reviewed 7 Jun 2021

Cons:I never received my rental car. Many of us from my flight had rented from Dollar only to get there and the rental desk was closed. We all had to scramble and try to find other rental vehicles. I found a rental with Avis and had to pay twice over what I had already paid to Dollar. Absolutely so unhappy with Dollar and will NEVER rent another vehicle from them. And I WILL be disputing the charges on my credit card.Reviewed 7 Jun 2021

Pros:Drop off in early hours was easy. Staff were nice.Cons:Waited 45 minutes to pick up car despite reservation. After picking up car, the car was not in fully working shape (left front headlight not working, electronic back hatch on SUV not working, battery charge low).Reviewed 30 May 2021

Pros:Clean car, symbols drop offCons:2+ hrs wait to pick up car at airport terminal, with just one staffer who was doing her best. Dollar, should really get more ppl and booths open. When asked, staffer mentioned this is a routine wait time, not due to some issue.Reviewed 11 May 2021
