Pros:Check out was really easy. Drive-up and leave the key in the vehicle. However, we had some questions and there was no one available.Cons:Have the right vehicle available during pick up. Balanced car tires. Our family vacation involved hours of driving. We had a shaky car up until we had the tires balanced at Discount Tire Co. Pros:At pick up the lady was talking very quiet I can barely hear her through the mask she was extremly unhelpful when I was asking her questions about the pricing looked like she was very uninterested.Cons:The car was broken, every time I turned it squeaked so loud sand when I used the break, gas cover broken, was very small for a full size suv could not even fit 7 passengers comfortably forget luggage. And the worst it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke we could not bare sitting in the car for the first few days even after that it got better but still smelled, every time you parallel park the entire block needs to hear you and see that you have a broken car, very uncomfortable, will never rent from them. and now I know why they were the cheapest after all the fees that were added I ended up paying much much more then advertisedReviewed 2 Mar 2021

Pros:I am a pilot. My company sent me to ORD instead of MIA at the last minute, so i didn't get the car. Policy states: no refund, no cancellation. So i lost my money. I will never use Dollar again.Cons:Use Sixt rental. They refund and allow cancellation.Reviewed 25 Feb 2021

Pros:The staff was very friendly and the pick up and drop off was very easy and convenient...Cons:The cleanliness inside was completely undesirable and scary....Chips between the seats, seates on front passenger side sticky as well ad steering wheel...Foot print on dashboard and front windshield and sand every where in the car including seat, shifter area and dashboard console areas too..Just about everywhere..being the times of Covid-19 it was surprising to get a vehicle that dirt, fortunately I had a pack of hand sanitizer wipes that my wife had pack to disinfect the car and wipe everything down befor I drove off. Spent 30 minutes just clean the seats to put my backpack down and used a remaining wipes to clean and disinfect the vehicle. I'm a Hurst car rental and was a bit disappointed of there sister companies cleanliness ethics...Reviewed 20 Feb 2021

Cons:I was lied to about the toll situation in South Florida. I was told I would hit 7 tolls between Miami and Key West. I was told I would pay $10 per occurrence if I didn't accept its toll program. After driving to Key West and noticing I did not hit a single toll, I called the number on my rental agreement to cancel the remainder of the toll policy, since I was paying $10.99 per day and had 6 days remaining of my 12 day rental. I was staying in Marathon Key, one hour and 20 minutes from Key West. I was told by the person on the phone that I had to either go to a rental counter in Key West or Miami to remove the feature. So I was expected to drive either 80 minutes or 120 minutes to remove the policy. I was given a local number to call, but I always received a phone message saying the location was either closed or unavailable. I could not leave a message. Additionally, there was something with the car that caused it to feel like something was stuck under the auto carriage one the vehicle went over 45-50 miles an hour. The return process was a fiasco too. I was directed to a specific location, and had to wait over 10 minutes to be addressed.Reviewed 13 Dec 2020
