Worst car rental experience we’ve ever had. We had booked a van months in advanced. Our flight times had been changed by the airline about a month prior to our trip. Fox NEVER reached out to us to explain there is only a 6 hour grace window of time from arrival to when they will hold your car for you. We had no idea. So after a very long travel day we take the shuttle to their off-site facility 20 min away (another thing we didn’t realize because the website said they were located AT the airport), we were told our reservation had been cancelled because we were like 45 min passed the grace window of arrival and they had no other cars. We had two small children with us and they were completely unhelpful and showed no remorse. NEVER EVER book with this company.Reviewed 21 Oct 2023

I prepaid for my reservation and when I went to pick up my car, they told me they did not have any cars available leaving me stranded in an area that I was not familiar with. And also they have not refund my money.Reviewed 17 Oct 2023

Pros:Dealership was in a very sketchy neighborhood Felt unsafe with late night pickup. People fighting in the parking lot. Pros:Line for pickup took like 1-1/2hrs. Heard plenty of people getting upset with the employees over not having the car they reserved, paying more than anticipated, etc. We luckily didn’t have any issues so that’s good. Drop off was great, easy. Shuttle service was excellent. We felt anxious the whole time due to reading Yelp reviews so we took pictures and double checked everything to ensure we weren’t getting feed/charged for anything weird. But nothing came up.Cons:Check in should be more organized and efficient. Is there a way to organize based on check-in time? If I have a reservation at 3 I should be able to roll out of there at 3:05. Not 4:30.Reviewed 21 May 2021
