Pros:They gave us an upgrade.Cons:Dollar shares employees with Hertz at the Linante airport. Directions to the rental spaces to get the car were terrible. Never saw a green bridge to cross over! Most importantly,the car's rear bumper was literally duck taped onto the car! The employee at the lot was nowhere to be found. Went back to the rental desk. The clerk came out to look for herself and then said that no one had checked the car that had been returned in the morning. Really? No one checked by 2pm? They had no other car supposedly. Fortunately, my husband is a Hertz Gold member and she provided a Hertz car and an upgrade. The whole process took 90 minutes. Terrible experience.Reviewed 11 Oct 2017

Inspect your car with a microscope when checkingCons:When I returned my car he inspected it over and when I checked the car in he inspected it over and over till he finally found two very small scratches underneath the front bumper. They were probably there when I originally rented they were so small and barely noticeable. He charged me €165 for these two small scratches. When you rent your car assume any defect you can fine will be charge toward you.Reviewed 4 Aug 2016
