Our flight was late getting into Seattle, but Dollar had texted me earlier and let me know that they would hold the car for 8 hours. This was reassuring and I didn't need to try to contact Dollar. When we arrived the car was ready and we were on our way. Smooth process is always appreciated. Thanks.Reviewed 7 Oct 2026

Staff was nice, helpful, and quick. Explained everything to me, I signed the forms, and was off. Excellent experience, way easier than other companies I’ve used out of Seattle. I will be booking with Dollar again!Reviewed 18 Jan 2026

Overall just fine. It rained and the car was very hard to see out of with water buildup on mirrors and rear window. Felt like the glass was dirty and holding water.Reviewed 12 Dec 2025

New Corola, Toyota. If you are not familiar with car make and model features. You need to ask them to show you how things work...steering wheel controls and other premium model items. Also have $300-$500 available credit on you card that you use for rental.Reviewed 13 Mar 2025

The desk said, “there are cars but they aren’t ready.” They have a vague timeline, 15-20 minutes, but since there were so many people sitting and waiting for cars before me, I gave up and went to other counters until I found a car ready.Reviewed 1 Dec 2024
