I called Payless to make sure I could pick up a car with my later flight (expected arrival time 10 pm), even though their office hours say they close at 10. The agent I spoke to said "that location allows for pick-up and drop-off 24/7. When I arrived 30 minutes late because of a delayed flight, the Payless counter was closed with a handwritten note to go to the Avis counter to pick up my car. After a 2 hour wait in the Avis rental line, I was required to rent a new car from Avis and was told they (the Avis counter) do not have access to the Payless inventory. Garbage experience!Reviewed 23 Oct 2023

I waited an hour at the counter upstairs to get the paperwork for a prepaid reservation. Then went downstairs where I waited another hour to be given a car. The employees told us we were lucky because others waited three hours earlier.Reviewed 13 Oct 2023

Once you check in at the counter, you then have to go downstairs to get in yet another line so a car can be given to you. That's an extra step could be avoided to speed up the exit.Reviewed 29 Sept 2023
