I only rented through this company because it was the only option available. The vehicle was already over priced, then when I picked the car up, they added an extra daily upgrade charge for vehicle as they over sold the compact sedans. The check in process was SLOW. There was a long line, which was created mainly by a long check in pro chess which made the long line move very slowly. Check in took over 30 minutes, other rental car companies had practically no lines during my wait. Wish I went somewhere else.Reviewed 31 Mar 2024

Kayak charged me and I had to pay to the rental company too. Save yourself some time, money and trouble and go directly with the rental company. Fox car rental 100% recommended. Do not use Kayak! I have no way of contacting them for a refund!Reviewed 18 Dec 2023
