Fox staff were unable to assist in identifying pre-existing damage to the car. The parking lot attendant refused to acknowledge existing damage requiring the renter to return to the upstairs counter to talk to a "manager". The exit gate attendant required a five minute conversation before she would simply initial the damage report form acknowledging existing damage. The check-out process took 40 minutes when it could have taken 10. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The Fox employee was present immediately upon pulling up, confirmed my identity, and quickly processed the return.Reviewed 6 Jan 2025
