Pros: nice big room with separate bedroom and full kitchen
Cons: booking.com had the wrong email address for a reservation, and it became a two hour headache
Pros: Room was clean and close to downtown for the race. Staff was very cheerful and very helpful.
Pros: Like a small apartment. Separate bedroom, living and kitchen area. Clean, good maid service. Great for an extended stay if needed. Not sure of prices for a longer stay, for a few nights, similar to other hotels. Free breakfast and some snack food at 5:30 pm social hour. Free laundry facilities.
Cons: Small and limited fitness room.
Pros: The size and functionality of the room.
Cons: When myself and my guest arrived, there was NO ONE at the front desk to greet us. It took more than 10 minutes for us to find someone to help us. When the front desk person arrived, they were less than courteous to myself and the rest of the line up waiting to talk to someone. I felt as if our check in was rushed and that the inconvenience that I felt while waiting was not properly addressed.
Pros: Enjoyed swimming laps in their clean pool
Nice assortment of foods for breakfast
Clean, quiet rooms
Pros: Great customer service from Heather at front desk. Fixed a reservation problem quickly and pleasently.

Pros: The staff was amazing. Great people.
Cons: The fridge was noisy & the walls are pretty thin.
Pros: Staying with kids it is great to have a pool, plus the in room fridge and microwave is also helpful.Breakfast was typical but convenient
Cons: We stayed for 2 nights and they did not clean our room.
Cons: Although I had no complaints, I would not choose to pay that much for a room again. And I would have preferred a couch with King format except they would not allow me to book that for our four-person family. So the three girls had to sleep in the queen!
Hotels out east cost twice as much as in the midwest, minimum. The service is worse, while my expectation is higher.
Cons: Requested room with window NOT facing east. Got one WITH window facing east. check out person didn't ask how my stay was, was surprised I wanted a copy of my bill
Pros: The room included two double beds as well as a pull out sofa. Could possibly sleep 6.
Pros: Brand new and well decorated. Excellent breakfast, complimentary coffee and water all the time is very classy. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the Paul Mitchel products in the bathroom!

Pros: Staff,spa,room were all excellent
Cons: Not a thing
Pros: The staff is very friendly, the lobby very welcoming and the breakfast is quick and offers a wide variety.

Pros: Lobby was bright and inviting. Pool was large enough for laps and the whirlpool was nice. Our room had a balcony which was very nice. Room was clean. It seemed a bit on the small size but there was a sleeper sofa.
Cons: The bed was nice when you were on to of the covers but when under them, the bed felt like a board. Pillows didn't hold their shape well.
Pros: it was conveniently located for an overnight stay on a long driving trip.
Cons: The bed was a bit too hard for me, but my husband was happy and slept well,
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful (switching our room when a more desirable one was available, quickly replacing our broken hair dryer within a matter of 5 min).
Hotel lobby is very modern.
Pros: Amazing hotel!! My friends and I stayed here while on a shopping trip to Destiny USA from Canada. The location was excellent, not right on the highway and in a quiet location. Still only 12 minutes away from mall. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and nice, it was the only hotel that I could find in the area that had two queen beds in a room for our group of four. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The restaurant in the hotel was reasonably priced and had healthy options. We will always be staying at this hotel during our yearly visit to Syracuse!

Pros: Very accommodating and clean

Pros: Breakfast was very decent comparing with the same or event 3 or 3.5 star hotel. Despite it is a 2.5 put there were swimming pool, coffee machine and a frig in a standard room.
Pros: Definitely the service for the breakfast! The staff to support the customer was very devoted and thoughtful.
Cons: Maybe the location.
Pros: LocationCleanMost Staff
Cons: Initial check-in with clerk. The Grand Kids found him creepy. In the end, we were happy with the outcome.

Pros: The breakfast was great. Staff at egg station is very friendly and happy.
Cons: The hotel is dark inside, needs more lights to make it feel alive and not so dull.
Pros: Nice, spacious with a great breakfast!!
Cons: Didn't care much for the front desk staff. They were never available everytime we tried reaching them by phone.
Pros: Reception and breakfast were actually decent
Cons: Plumbing backup flooded our bathroom. We had flies and fruit flies in our room. We booked this hotel because it had a hot tub, but that wasn't working. They didn't put up an out of order sign even though they knew it was broken. No towels in pool area. They didn't uphold no-children in pool area after 10Pm. Just a lot of disappointments.
Pros: Cooked breakfast.
Cons: Facility is showing some aging. Missing coffee making ingredients in room. Noisy location (right next to thruway).
Pros: The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel. Also the service was outstanding. The staff was very helpful and brought anything that was needed. Very quiet and comfortable rooms
Cons: A bit noisy in the common areas as the pool is enjoyed and used by the children that are there.
Pros: The rooms are very spacious. Bed was comfortable. The courtyard is fantastic, it's so pleasant with the little stream running through. Good breakfast, omelette station was a plus. Staff upon arrival was very hospitable (fitting for the industry).
Cons: Pool area had holes in the ceiling. Otherwise, everything seemed pretty maintained. My only other complaint is that the fire alarm went off at 6am and scared the heck out of myself and my partner. Went off for a good 5-10 minutes and as we were heading outside was shut off. When I was checking out that afternoon, the girl at the front desk just half-apologized and said the kitchen cleaners did it. I know it wasn't her fault, but pretend that you care about waking up 100+ guests with an air raid style alarm. It's hospitality 101.
Pros: good price with good buffet breakfast
minutes from the thruway
large accomodating suit
Pros: I liked the feeling of the place...the staff was very nice and helpful and the good was excellent...the room was great and there were no problems
Cons: The bathroom was a little small and there was no fan
Pros: The shuttle driver was excellent. Gave us a ride to and from the mall for a comedy club and then recommended a nightclub for us to go to. Very friendly!
Cons: The room was directly over the pool and it was extremely hot in our room, and there was no air conditioning. We opened the window, but too late.

Pros: Location was central to where I needed to be. Staff nice.
Cons: Really run down! Not updated over the years. Pillows, sheets & towels all yellowing & stained. TV stations limited. Not a place where business travelers stay; appeared to be a place where poor families live.
Extended Stay America - Syracuse - Dewitt puts you within a 15-minute drive of Erie Canal Museum and Museum of Science and Technology. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast available daily. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators, refrigerators, and microwaves.
Pros: The Baymont is really not bad for the value. You get a free breakfast, free WIFI, and a free gym so that's all nice. It's usually quiet and the people who stay there don't cause any trouble.
Cons: Since you aren't paying a lot for a room, you shouldn't expect anything amazing. I can't say I've had a horrible experience here but we couldn't help thinking that our bed wasn't clean. In addition, they didn't even give us a top sheet for the bed and the fitted sheet was on upside down so we just got a weird vibe. Like I said, it's not horrible, but it's not very comfortable since you don't know how clean the hotel is
Pros: Value. Staff was very friendly. Good location close to dining, shopping, etc.

Pros: The very friendly and helpful staff. They were more than accommodating, they above and beyond that
Cons: o, it was a pleasant experience and would stay there again
Pros: Big room. Free washing.
Cons: Disorganized. Said I didnt hVe a room, that there was an issue with the Internet. Ants. First room had a t's everywhere. Dog. There was a dog running free that took a pooh in the hall and it took 2 hours to get it cleaned up.
Duvet cover in the second room was dirty with what appeared to be bodily fluids - simply gross very low Housekeeping standards
Pros: Workout room
Cons: Housekeeping is poor ! My first room had toe nail clippings on the floor next to the bed, mold in the a/c unit, and a filthy kitchenette floor. I reported this to the office and was moved to another room. Second room appeared cleaner until I checked the f
Hotel was okay, not great. Staff was courteous and helpful. We had to settle for last room remaining, which was a smoking room that we did not want and was on the third floor, which was difficult with a dog.
Pros: Free laundry services and free Internet.
Cons: We had to have a smoking room which was very annoying. They should have told us that up front.
i didn,t like the whole stay, not for the amount of money i pay for.
Pros: i didn't like the fact that room wasn't clean every day. also the hotel was under remodaling.
Cons: no cleaning of the rooms. the tv gudie didn't match what was on the tv.

Pros: Dirty, old hotel room with terrible bed and barely existent pillows.
Cons: I didn't want to touch anything. Really unclean
Pros: I liked that it was close to grocery store and restaurants
Cons: I did not like how cold the room was upon entry, that the lobby reeked of marijuana, the sheets seemed dingy, the bathroom was dirty, curtains were ripped
Pros: The staff gave me a discount on my small dog in the room as I was there for a dog show. They called when I got to my room to make sure it was clean and ok or they would have given me another room. Room was clean, no odors, neat. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The floors were dirty, all the common areas were dirty. I looked like a cheap motel. I did not expect that from the pictures online. The continental breakfast was lame. I would never stay there again!
Cons: Old tv small. 2 small pillows. Smelled like a hospital
Pros: Great location, very friendly staff. Clean sheets and good air conditioning. tv worked well as well as the water was nice and cold
Cons: Bed squeaked and was very uncomfortable with springs prodding me in my back. Old outdated rooms that are quite small and very loud. Drapes didn't work good at all. Bed was extremely thin and low to the ground.
Pros: Great location. Good value for money. Clean rooms.
Cons: Didn't like the cigarette smoke in the passage. It was a put off.
Pros: Small and clean, off the main highway.
Cons: The hotel does not come up on GPSs, so make sure you have an idea of another location near by for driving directions (Ruby Tuesday, or Justin's Grill works). Breakfast is a bagel or muffin with coffee or juice, not fancy, but surprisingly included with such a low price.
Pros: Price was good, and the breakfast wasn't exactly the Ritz Carlton, but hey, it saved me from having to get one on the road. Everything I asked for--an iron, a hair dryer--was provided with a smile.
Cons: The iron they happily provided leaked all over my clothes. It was a pain. And I took off the pillow case to use as a layer of protection between the crazy leaking iron and my clothes and the cleanliness of the pillow was greatly called into question.

Pros: They allow pets and the lady who checked us in was very nice.
Cons: Though it was non-smoking, I could smell cigarette smoke, I didn't sleep well, there was a complete feeling of unclean, I didn't want the bedding near my face, it just felt like it had not been washed and some of the people we saw checking in were a little strange. There was garbage around the dumpster outside, the grass had not been cut, the towels were very small and the pillows were flat, hard to sleep on. It needs a good complete cleaning and the no-smoking policy needs to be enforced.
Pros: Location to Syracuse University was good.
Cons: The smell! When first entered the smell of orange used to mask odors was so strong it was gagging! That wore off and all you could smell was old nasty stale cigarette smoke. It was so bad it was hard to sleep. Also beware, no iron, hair dryer or shampoo in the room.
Cons: Room was not clean. There was a terrible fight at 4am that took several hours for anyone to address.
Pros: The staff was great and the bed where comfortable room was clean and put together well
Cons: That they didn't have shampoo or conditioners and not enough wash cloths we only had two wash cloths not enough need like four
