Pros (+) Group booking. Good price.
Cons (-) Cold water supply was poor in room 214. It spurted. Breakfast buffet was too busy to bother with. The pool was small but ok for small group. Mediocre hotel.

Cons (-) Prepaid for room, but got charged again for the room at check out. However, the staff was able to refund the extra charges after mistake was caught.

Pros (+) The staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating - really appreciated their professionalism yet realism. Our room was very nice - would love to stay in it again. We were there for 2 nights.
