The in airport pickup was great. The agent was great. The car worked great for me. The only reason why it didn’t get the top-top rating was because the poor desk agent had to switch between programs for 3rd party purchases (like kayak) and that took quite a while. For their sake I’d like to point out that’s inconvenient and not the way that most rental companies work. But it was a minor thing and overall I was very happyReviewed 1 Apr 2026

They didn’t have the car we have rent and they do not have us any additional opcion appart from waiting until they have one available. After almost 2hours, I got they gave me another van which was bigger than what I needed and I wanted. they offered no compensation for the inconvenience!!!Reviewed 1 Apr 2026
