Customer service was friendly and helpful end to end, much better than the service with Avis. But the SUV was filthy on the outside and inside on the windshield. The driver's side floor mat had a large hole in it. I only had a 3 hour drive, but this could have been much better with a clean inside windshield. When we reserved the car at noon it didn’t showed the closing time is noon so when we showed up at 12:30 the employee won’t be able to help us! Not even get us a car at their other rental office. Not helpful at all!Reviewed 3 Sept 2024
