The pick up required a trip in a parking elevator, through two doors to a parking garage that locked behind me and then a walk to find the office in a desolate underground garage on a Sunday morning. I found it very scary- and because it was unexpected - stressful.. and there was no way you reach the local office- they didn’t answer the phone. So I hated that and would not pick up from that location again. Otherwise everything was excellent..drop off in Montreal was perfect.. well marked directions- in a garage with an easy to find office.Reviewed 1 Sept 2026

The car had a very strong "air freshener" smell, as if the previous driver smoked in it and was trying to cover it up. The person who was checking the car out to me apologized for it when he brought the car around.. Other than that, yhe car was very clean and comfortable. One of the attendants at the enterprise office in Cincinnati turned me away saying he wouldn’t honor my reservation bc it was same day and an online reservation in addition inconvenient bc it’s one way. I was stranded. I’d taken an uber from the airport and it was close to end of day. Another attendant then helped me out and went out of his way to be supportive and got me a car. The first guy was a jerk just for the sake of it. No customer service capacity.Reviewed 27 Aug 2026

This was so horrible. I was never informed by Kayak that there was a $400 credit card security deposit. I wasn't able to rent the car because I wanted to use a debit card and they needed specific documentation to verify an address. However, my driver's license had a different address since I had moved recently so I wasn't able to rent the car. I would've been more prepared had I known about all this beforehand which Kayak nor Enterprise told me about. I should've booked a ZipCar or done an Uber Rental. I did not get the economy car I reserved. Instead, I was given a bigger vehicle that was unsuitable for England's narrow roads. The gas tank was almost empty when I picked up the vehicle. I brought it back with the tank half full but was not reimbursed. Enterprise refused to pick me up at my hotel so I could pick up the car. I had to hire a taxi to bring me to Enterprise.Reviewed 26 Aug 2026
