Enterprise Car Rental left me and my wife high and dry! When they were having a hard time finding a vehicle, they assured me that a whole team of experts were working on finding me a vehicle. While returning home from out of state because of a major surgery performed in another state, the next day we flew in to a regional airport and showed up at the desk to pick up the vehicle we had rented through Kayak, I ultimately found out that someone had canceled my reservation. The agent at the airport said that they didn’t have any vehicles available for us. I tried all the other car rental agencies with no luck. Ultimately, their customer service told us that they could find a vehicle in a nearby location but that they couldn’t transport the vehicle to the airport; we would be required to find a way to get to the other location that they would find for us. I could not find any Kayak customer service contact information. This was certainly the worst experience renting through a third party.Reviewed 23 Oct 2026
