The experience getting it was terrible. They don’t have enough vans to collect people from the terminal we had to wait over 30 mins and every other company drove by multiple times. We then had to wait in a long line to get our car. They just don’t have enough staff. Our car wasn’t washed when we picked up just rinsed it. The tires on the car were bald we slid in wet weather. This car should have been a Rent-a-Wreck! It had electrical issues. The lights flickered on and off. The gas gauge did not register correctly. The cruise control did not work. Could not turn off lane assist. The roar coming from the rear of the car was deafening at times. Apple CarPlay appeared out of nowhere, worked for a bit, turned off and never came back on. Tires were out of balance and there was significant play in the steering wheel. It also had close to 60k miles on it.Reviewed 1 Oct 2026

Everyone was friendly. The condition of the van was not great. The right rear fender(?)was not attached properly and it flapped in the wind on the interstate. They would have exchanged the van, but we were not close to an airport when this happened. We taped it together.Reviewed 29 Sept 2026

It was ok. The personnel at the counter should have a better attitude and provide better customer service. The gentleman who took care of me was borderline rude. On the other hand, the vehicle was very clean, but it had a very bad smell. We had to lower the windows for a while.Reviewed 29 Sept 2026
