Got there, they had no cars, Budget lied that more cars would be coming in just a few minutes, so I should wait; no more cars were or did come. Awful experience. I wanted a van and really needed a van. I got lucky that avis had a 7 passenger car because my only other option was a 5 seater or passenger van. Had that happened i would have been furious. I should not be worried about getting the vehicle i need when I book it in advance.Reviewed 17 Apr 2026

We had to wait over an hour at the check-in counter. They admitted that they were not able to turn cars over fast enough and were having to pull them from other agencies. Clearly unprepared. The car was received already with some damage on the front.Reviewed 16 Apr 2026

Our flight got in later than Budget was open. Even though the rental was scheduled for that day, we came in the next morning, and were able to get our vehicle with no problems. The lady who helped us was funny and kind. The Pacifica was clean and comfortable. Definitely the best fit for our family of 7 adults. Drop off was super quick and painless.Reviewed 16 Apr 2026
