pick up was easy. as well as drop off. friendly staff. As reported, it had mechanical issues- failed back up camera, radio did not work. couldn't figure out doom light to come on when opeing door and so dark had hard time finding even key hole. tried different things. Called hoping to find easy fix with camera and radio and was refered back and forth to emergency road service, which I did not need, and to someone taking calls to place of pick up and back to number for service, and back again and then told to bring it in and exchange cars, but it was now after hours and I just gave up driving it that way.Reviewed 17 Oct 2024

Pros:Easy drop off. Great gas mileage.Cons:Car was filthy at pickup. “Maintenance required” indicator light every time car was started. Flat tire I had to resolve on my own. Paid for Premium (“Maxima or similar) and was assigned mid-sized Rav4.Reviewed 9 May 2021

Pros:At drop off point a mile from airport we were going to have to get a ride to the airport. The agent told us we could drop the car at the airport and save us from getting a ride. He was very friendly and helpful.Cons:A larger carReviewed 1 Apr 2021
