Pros:Easy drop off. Great gas mileage.Cons:Car was filthy at pickup. “Maintenance required” indicator light every time car was started. Flat tire I had to resolve on my own. Paid for Premium (“Maxima or similar) and was assigned mid-sized Rav4.Reviewed 9 May 2021

Pros:At drop off point a mile from airport we were going to have to get a ride to the airport. The agent told us we could drop the car at the airport and save us from getting a ride. He was very friendly and helpful.Cons:A larger carReviewed 1 Apr 2021

Pros:Pick up and drop off were as easy as it gets, and the staff was friendly and helpful.Cons:I thought the price per day was a bit on the high side, and the extra insurance was much higher than what I've experienced in the past.Reviewed 23 Sept 2020

Pros:The people at Enterprise were wonderful, and quite helpful. The truck was perfect.Cons:I will NEVER book through Hotwire again, EVER. The reservation was lost, and the rental was much more than quoted by Hotwire. I was expecting my total to be $383, and it was closer to $700.Reviewed 27 Dec 2018

Cons:Went on line rented car a price for one drop off received price. Went to pick up car which was OK car had multiple dents and tape on the doors dirty. Ask agent if I could drop off at any Enterprise in Las Vegas she said yes. Next day took car to other Enterprise than what was on reservations. They said I needed to pay extra to drop off car? I showed the contract with the price and drop off fee included. After multiple conversation they said it was OKReviewed 30 Aug 2016
