Pros:staff was very friendly and helpful. when I needed to extend my car rental reservation they had no problem extending it for me on the phone.Cons:They just need to be more informative about certain details. example: if you return the car after the time you picked up the car than you will be charged an extra fee or another day.Reviewed 1 Apr 2021

Pros:The staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. This was my first rental experience that I actually got a better car than the one I reserved—my previous 3 rentals had nowhere near the car reserved, even after confirmation the day before. To top it all off, the drop off could not have been any easier, and I was able to keep the car longer than anticipated. We will be going to this particular enterprise for all my rentals in the future.Cons:This experience was near flawless.Reviewed 15 Mar 2021

Pros:The price I was given for the rental.Cons:The customer service was poor. Employees treat customers like numbers without any care and rushing through the paperwork without properly explaining. Rental for Thanksgiving road tripPros:The vehicle was comfortable. We loved having a reverse camera and sirius radio.Cons:We originally reserved an economy car, but they were all out and we got a small truck instead (for no extra charge). We spent way more on fuel than we had planned for. We also drove through the snow and having a truck now meant that our luggage had to go in the bed of the truck. Our clothes were damp by the time we arrived. We dropped off after hours and the parking lot was completely full, all the way to the sidewalk. Quick and Painless with a Bonus!Pros:Overall, the process was hassle-free. We showed up and the place was packed (said they had 40+ reservations and people were walking in asking for cars). We had reserved an economy car for the weekend and were still waiting for our car to go through the cleaning bay. After about 15 minutes the manager came over and said they had two convertible mustangs that were ready to go at no extra charge if we wanted one. It was a nice treat on our weekend getaway. Drop off was just as easy and took maybe 10 minutes.Cons:The car wasn't all that clean. It had been vacuumed out and wiped down but it really needed a detailing. The car had a lot of nooks and crannies that were dirty. After driving for a bit I realized the tire pressure was very low in one tire. I ended up stopping to fill the tire at a gas station; they should have checked the tires before we left. Both relatively minor issues and it's hard to complain when we got a free upgrade.Reviewed 28 Mar 2017

Reservation but no car availCons:I made my reservation and when I checked to make sure my car was ready at 10am I was told no cars until around 4pm unless I wanted to take a 15 passenger van. I then made reservations thru Alamo and picked up my car around 11:30 am and it only had 800 miles on it. I was very pleased with Alamo but displeased with Enterprise. First time Enterprise did not have a car ready for me.Reviewed 22 Mar 2017
