Easy pick up. Car had a damaged bumper when I picked it up, but it was documented. When dropping it off at the end point, they questioned the bumper multiple times and made it seem like it never should have been on the road.Reviewed 18 Feb 2024

Pros:Nice vehicle.Cons:Arrived at the pickup time. They were closed. Came back the next day to get the vehicle, it wasn't ready. After an hour long wait, the vehicle was presented to me. Clearly it was rushed. Did not have a full tank of gas. There was no walk around to inspect the vehicle. I took off with the vehicle. Already late for my meeting. Upon drop off in Miami, I was informed that there was damage to the vehicle on the passenger side rear door. Since it was a black vehicle and on the passenger side, I did not notice it on pickup. So in Miami I was informed that I will be charged for the damage.Reviewed 1 Mar 2021
