Pros:The drop off was fine!Cons:We had a 10am airport car pickup at Key West International Airport. No cars were available at 9:50am when we arrived. We had to wait until 10:30am for next car coming back to be washed and cleaned. No one asked about Sun Pass. Will have to pay a fortune for each toll we went through without Sun Pass on the car?Reviewed 2 Apr 2021

Pros:Nice vehicle.Cons:Arrived at the pickup time. They were closed. Came back the next day to get the vehicle, it wasn't ready. After an hour long wait, the vehicle was presented to me. Clearly it was rushed. Did not have a full tank of gas. There was no walk around to inspect the vehicle. I took off with the vehicle. Already late for my meeting. Upon drop off in Miami, I was informed that there was damage to the vehicle on the passenger side rear door. Since it was a black vehicle and on the passenger side, I did not notice it on pickup. So in Miami I was informed that I will be charged for the damage.Reviewed 1 Mar 2021

Pros:I reserved a pickup truck because I had small trees to transport800 miles. When I got there, no truck! Minivans are a poor substitute. There was never going to be a truck. They know when you get there you’ll take whatever they can give you- too late to do otherwise. Have had similar issues with enterprise. Reserve to a destination then when you pick up they tell you the location is closed, you have to return 90 minutes away from your destination. Know they have no obligation to deliver what you reserve or receive it where you want.Reviewed 16 Jun 2020
