My trip was supposed to cost $1214.33. Budget receipt showed a charge of $1278.83. My amex charge to Budget was 1478.83. Budget agent said $200.00 would be credited to my Amex Card. That leaves $68.50 that Budget overcharged me.Reviewed 1 Apr 2024

It was a good rental. The only problem we had was after flight delay and we landed in Key West the Budget rental booth was closed! We had to go to the Hertz booth to rent a car to get us to our house.Reviewed 4 Mar 2024

They did and bait and switch. Told me they didn’t have the car I rented. Upgraded me and cost me $290 more than I paid originally. Unless I get a refund I’ll not use you again.Reviewed 2 Feb 2024
