My online order said to pickup car Sat at noon. When I got to enterprise they close at noon. No where on my printout did it give hours of operation. I was lucky someone was still at enterprise and they were able to help. I called to confirm my reservation and that the van was available 48 hours before then 24 hours later they called and said they were cancelling the reservation because they needed the 15 passenger vans for the F1 race at COTA. It was disappointing I made a reservation, confirmed it then was told they gave the van to the highest bidder, capitalism. I had reserved the van for an amusement park trip for 11 teenagers. I had to scramble 24 hours before to find an additional driver and 2 cars that could accommodate 13 people.Reviewed 23 Oct 2025

I mistakenly entered the same day for pick up/drop off. Noticed the error when I picked up the car. Was assured by the gentleman at the counter that this would not be an issue if I returned the next day by the drop off time had provided.
