I was charged twice by Allianz Insurance for car insurance after completing my Kayak reservation. I did not know I was double charged at that time, or at the time I returned my rental car. Upon returning the car, I was also charged for insurance by Enterprise Car Rental. Kayak, Enterprise and Allianz have been not helpful or forthcoming in my attempts to get my refunds. I am very unsatisfied with the booking process and feel like if borders on scam territory. I will now spend more of my time and money making calls, trying to get my refunds. Fantastic customer service!! I had to call ahead a few times with some questions and every time I received wonderful customer service. I would like to give Jeremy and Julian a shout out. They answered all of my questions and were so nice about it! It's very rare to get that genuine and refreshing level of customer service these days. Thank you to them. Also, Devin. He helped us with picking up the car. He gave up different car options, was thorough, easy going, knowledgeable, and super helpful. The pickup and drop off process was so easy. It was such a great experience from start to finish. This location is now our new go-to place!! Oh, and I can't forget to mention the incredible prices!! They beat everywhere I looked. I had confirmation at a pickup location and after almost arriving I get a phone call that there is no stick so my reservation is cancelled and too bad no help nothing. Then I get transferred to the customer help line at enterprise who I relayed all this to and she said she checked with another location and they have multiple options so she rebooked a confirmation and when I arrived there they also claim to have no stock and the kid was condescending and rude. The manager seems to overhear and he found a true piece of garbage car that was dangrtous it was such garbage and should not be in inventory but it was my only choice to take that or have no way to get to my medical procedure the next day. So I took it. But I am never using enterprise again and my trip and my day were ruined by the stress they caused me ahead of my worrisome medical procedureReviewed 28 Jul 2026
