Pick up at the airport was nerve-racking because I had to wait over an hour for the car to be pulled up. It was a busy day. Next time I'll just rent from an office that's not the airport.Reviewed 1 Sept 2026

I asked twice for at the counter for full insurance coverage. He assured me. Before I left the counter I asked for my rental agreement. He said it would be emailed. The email arrived a day later. No insurance. Too late to rectify it as I already was mid rental. When I returned the car they found an inside panel in the back was loose. I said no one was back there. Didn’t matter. They filed a claim against me. Insurance would have covered it. Never using Enterprise again.Reviewed 1 Jan 2026

Very nice person at desk. The actual car pickup was understaffed. We stood and waited ten minutes before even seeing a person. When that person spotted us, he was very helpful and courteous.Reviewed 5 Jul 2024

I waited forever and was still not rented a car because I didn't have a credit card on me. The guys at the desk were friendly enough but useless. Overall bad experience that will lead me away from enterprise in the future.Reviewed 5 Dec 2023
