Hi, for several years I was renting a car from Europecar and all went wey, and i was very satisfied. This time i felt that i was treated in a dis-honest way. I was supposed to get a Full-to-Full tank and instead i got a less than 3/8 tank. It caused me an over expanse of 25 euros. The car is not comfortable and impossible to drive constantly for more than 1 hour. I returned the car 2 days ago and my back and leg still hurt and in pain. I doubt if next time I’ll rent a car from EuropecarReviewed 10 Mar 2025

“Bad experience: Had to wait 4 hours, from 8am to moon to pickup the car, even though they had the car available because the reservation with Expedia was made for 12pm/ noon and they can’t make changes to the reservation because supposedly was a third party agreement. The car was returned at 8am. Dose not make sense!!!!Reviewed 2 Jul 2024

Kayak wrote in the standardized response that an e-mail would come from Europcar as confirmation, but that did not occur. The processor used by Kayak (not Europcar) wrote in a standardized response that the rental was confirmed. The Europcar website was not available several times when it was checked. At arrival, Europcar had the confirmation number Kayak/Kayak's processor had provided and the rental experience was excellent.Reviewed 9 Apr 2024
