I never took the car because the instructions were not clear about having to have one debit card and one credit card. I don’t own a credit card. So I wasted my time travelling by train from Køge and never picked up the car. I paid for the car and I’m very disappointed that all of this happened . No car and no money back 😞Reviewed 5 Oct 2024

Was given a diesel car which we don’t want. It was filthy and we had to ask them to wash it before leaving. The price was more than what Experian quoted. It took nearly an hour to find where to return the rental car in Hamburg. They never answered their phones. Will not do business with this firm in the future.Reviewed 6 Sept 2024

Service was great but the insurance I bought through Kayak when I checked out wasn’t reflected there at the center. As such, I bought it twice which wasn’t a great experience. Why wouldn’t they see the collision and damage insurance I added when I checked out?Reviewed 13 Jun 2024

I never got the car. I got to the rental car company and they said that you made the wrong booking because it was for foreigners only and ended up wanting to charge me 10 times the booked price. It was a really disappointing experience. It also ruined my trip as I couldn’t make it to my destination and there was no refund due to being same day. I was standing in the middle of copenhagen on Friday at 5 pm, with no car. Kayak proved to be a really bad experience.Reviewed 21 May 2024

The associate assisting me did not give me their insurance as I requested , he also did not do a thorough inspection of the car when I picked it up. This has now created a problem with scratches on the car they are attributing to me.Reviewed 18 May 2024

It's not Europcar's fault, but actually Kayak's; it's hard to set Kayak up to see rates for renters who live in Denmark (there is a very different fee for Danish-based renters as for non-Danish renters), so there was some confusion when we tried to pick up the car.Reviewed 12 Feb 2024
