We had to inflate the tyres soon after collection because the tyre pressure warning late came on. It was not easy to find an air inflator where we were staying and this caused a lot of hassle. All the tyres were under inflated.Reviewed 27 Sept 2026

I was told when I arrived that because I booked the car less than two hours in advance, I had to wait two hours before I could take the car, even though that was after the time I had reserved and paid for. No where was this stated at the time of booking. They told me if I bought their insurance package for €59.29 I could take the car immediately at the time my reservation started. They also said they had no proof I had purchased other insurance. I would like Kayak to refund me the €59.29 because I was not informed nor did I agree to wait two hours or pay extra for the car. It was also extremely difficult to find the office and to locate the car. They did not give me any parking spot number and there were no staff in the basement to assist, so I just had to wander around looking for the car. The contactless charger in the car worked extremely poorly and even though it said my phone was charging on a slow charger, I was losing power. No one was there when I dropped the car off at 9:30pm even though they told me the office would be open when I returned at 10pm. The form I received this morning states that I returned the car at 8am today. That is incorrect. I dropped my time stamped garage entry ticket in the box with my keys as proof.Reviewed 20 Sept 2026

I arrived at airport. I had virtual international driver’s license which I had previously been told would be adequate. The person at counter was extremely rude and cancelled the rental. I’m still not sure if money was refunded. I was stranded in a foreign country. Luckily another company was happy to rent to me. You should not book this companyReviewed 20 Sept 2026

Bait and switch. Promised cheap rate then after waiting for over 30 minutes in line I was told it would be a two hour wait for a car or I could upgrade to an SUV to get out of there quicker. Ended up spending 3 times the original rate. Could have went with Enterprise for cheaper and would have been out of there quicker with a nicer car.Reviewed 17 Sept 2026
