Pick up was very long. From the time we showed up at the counter and had our car it took 2hrs. Staff was nice and apologetic. Other car rental companies clients we’re coming and going and at Europcar it was more than an hour. There to get your car in the garage was so disorganized. The car itself was what we asked for. It was a brand new car and it was clean. The price for the rental was good. But looking back I’m not sure I would rent with them again.Reviewed 24 Oct 2026

I rented a luxury car and they gave me a very bad small dirty car. I was told that is what I would get for the price I paid. If it’s what was on the site I expected the luxury car. Mr. Aubrey should not be to dictate what he thinks I should get. He claimed that it cost more to wash the car than to rent it to me. I returned the vehicle on October 8, 2026, and according to the return statement issued by Europcar, no new damage was recorded\. However, I have still not received my security deposit refund\. I would appreciate it if you could check the status of the refund and confirm when the amount will be released\. If the refund has already been processed, please provide the transaction date and reference number so I can check with my bank\.
