United Airlines flights serviced by Swiss Airlines provide for zero communication with Swiss Airlines almost impossible to contact Swiss airlines to make seat selection, upgrades or changes. I won’t do that again if it can be helped.

Airline Rep at Gatwick condescending and a very poor representative for this airline did request his name but he refused. Will certainty think twice to fly with this airline in future.

I was injured during my vacation and Air Canada accommodated me with pre boarding, and wheel chair access. Our seats were economy and we wanted to upgrade to business class, but they wouldn't let us.
I think I was nickel and dime how can people travel without a suit case you have to pay for your suit case extra and also Pay extra for your seat I don't understand.
The flight attendant was nice. He accommodated me when he saw that I was uncomfortable. The food was good for airplane food. I wish there was more space between the seats. Honestly, if it weren’t for the seats I would have thought it was a pretty good flight. My seat was just really uncomfortable so I didn’t have a good experience. Comfort is everything. Economy needs to be more spacious.
Would not volunteer to check in my carry-on again, my bag was lost.
The gal that checked in my luggage acted like I was interrupting her doing nothing. I can't say I liked anything about this flight. My flight was delayed by a half hour. We boarded the flight and sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours waiting to leave. I missed my connecting flight out of Toronto. When I finally made it to SFO I waited at luggage pickup for an hour waiting for my checked bag. My luggage is lost. Why couldn't someone come over and tell me this instead of me standing there wasting an hour of time and my airport ride having to circle around waiting for me. Air Canada was unapologetic about their screw ups. They operate with a high level of incompentcy. I will never fly this airline again.

I had 3h 30delay. I was supposed to board at 8 we left after 11:30
United had a delay on the flight and we lost this connection to Vancouver We lost one and half day from our time and money The reservations for the hotel and the tour was prepaid and we lost all that money 💰 So I’m very disappointed.
Air Canada changed the flight times of my flights several times in the months leading up to my travel date, making my layover and departure times way worse than the original tickets I purchased. Then on the actual travel days 3 out of my 4 flights were significantly delayed. When I asked customer service to try and find me a better connecting flight, they quoted the contract at me that states my ticket gets me there but doesn't require adherance to the original times, and they were unwilling to try and help. I also asked them to waive my baggage fee, which according to their online calculator qouted me a free checked bag, but then at check in I had to pay to check a bag both ways. All in all the expeience felt like Air Canada was scrambling to provide flights and then unwilling to try and easy the sting of the significant inconvenience it created.
I like their overall services however I didn’t get my preferred food as it was finished.
