Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially the breathtaking views over the city and the old medina. Many reviewers highlighted the friendly and professional service, as well as the welcoming atmosphere. However, several guests noted that the amenities and some facilities, such as the pool and room equipment, were outdated or in need of renovation. Cleanliness was generally acceptable but not outstanding, with a few complaints about maintenance. Overall, the positive aspects of the location and service stood out most in guest experiences.AI-generated from customer reviews
