8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clean, good location. Value for the money.
Cons: Breakfast area is rather small. The rooms need vanity mirrors.
6.8 Good
Pros: Friendly staff Convenient location though it's not particularly charming (next to an overpass) Decent and free breakfast - and there's a Panera Bread and Starbucks walking distance if you need better coffee, and also a fair number of restaurant choices Clean - almost brand new Netflix on the TVs Free and solid wifi
Cons: Tough to regulate the temperature - systems turn off when you're not in the room. Door near the elevators was propped open often. Although it's very new the accomodations are utilitarian - a lot of plastic, very little wood - feels a bit like staying in a hotel made of Legos. It's hard to explain but it just feels less "homey" than most hotels I've stayed at.
7.7 Good
Pros: Very clean hotel - almost brand new Staff friendly & helpful Netflix & other web video services on TV's
Cons: Everything is very "blocky" & plastic - almost as if the hotel is made out of Legos. Not sure there's a piece of natural wood in the building. Breakfast very mediocre - fortunately there's a Panera across the parking lot

9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded from a regular room to a suite with a bay view.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I could stay at the window or on the patio for hours watching airplanes taking off and landing. It's amazing.
Cons: The quality of bedding sets are kinda of old. But considering the price it is fine.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was awesome. Eggs, omelettes, waffles, bacon, oatmeal, fruit and every bread and pastries you can imagine. The place is loud though. Not just the airport being close but zero sound proofing btw rooms. The AC units. Do not work. If you like it hot, this is the place for you ;)
Cons: The air conditioning.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was done well... however, they ran out of certain foods quickly, given the amount of guests. Breakfast staff were polite and worked fast to clear used tables for the next guest.
Cons: The internet was very sketchy and did not stay ON... we had to keep re-logging back on within 10 minutes... TV was limited and if you wanted to check the 'guide' for it, you have to turn the TV off, then back on to read the guid as it scrolls the second you turn the TV on... we could not find a button to call it up! I explained to the desk clerk that I forgot my nightgown and asked if I could use a hotel bathrobe... I was told those robes were only for a Bay front view room. I said I'm on the first floor looking at the Bay and the clerks told me that floor doesn't count! I think under my cercumstances, I could have been provided with a robe for the two nights we were there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Microwave and fridge. Nice continental breakfast. Nice outside sitting area. Workout room. Friendly staff. Airport runway within view to watch planes takeoff and land. No airport noise inside room.
Cons: For the price there is nothing I didn’t enjoy about this hotel. I’ll be back.

Pros: The location is great, train, restaurants, shops within walking distance. The decor is nice and original, with a little porch with a fountain .
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, fun decor.
Cons: Lack of parking. Had t park on the street. They should have enough parking for one car for each and EVERY room that is rented.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved this hotel. It had a comfortable mattress, nice pillows, and comfortable bedding. They have really been proactive on providing things like nice coffee mugs, bathrobes, vanity with mirror. They had some fun quirky stuff too, like a record player with records and some unexpected artworks tastefully done. Time has been spent looking at adequate lighting and had a luxurious feeling at a very reasonable price. Coffee and a hot/cold breakfast was more than adequate and the shuttle service was efficient. We were very happy with our stay. We stayed twice at the beginning and at end of our trip to San Francisco.
Cons: Nothing. Good service and excellent room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good place, it's worth spending the extra 25 dollars to stay.

Not noisy although quite close to airport SFO. Would reccomend .
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff and room were excellent. It was very clean & I liked the decor of the room. The beds were comfy and I found myself not wanting to leave. The complimentary breakfast was very satisfying.

Cons: Several pillow cases were scented with perfume. Pillow cases had not been changed? Bed sheets??
7.4 Good
Pros: Staff was great. Front desk in particular was really good. Room was also very clean.
Cons: Mattresses need to be replaced. They were horrible. Staff in the breakfast area needs to be more friendly and interactive.
7.1 Good
Cons: I thought they had a complimentary breakfast, they didn't I got charged 12.99, I wasn't happy about that !
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly and responsive. Room seemed clean.
Cons: Staff gave wrong information about the hotel's shuttle. After waiting for more than 45 min for a shuttle that I was told would be 15 min., I ended up having to waste time and $$ to pay for an Uber driver. No complimentary breakfast.
7.4 Good
Cons: Still baffled they don’t have magnifying mirrors for make up application available on site! With a carry on bag, you can’t really bring one in your luggage, so you would hope the hotel you’re staying at would have such a necessity! Needless to say, I had to apply my make up unable to really see what I was doing, so I’m pretty sure I must have looked like a clown! Lol Great first impression I’m must have caused at the job interview I was attending!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location from airport or to downtown San Francisco. Excellent conveniences such as a business center, workout room, laundry facilities, and accessible room availability. They had multiple areas for business travelers to sit and work. They have their own restaurant on site so dinner and a full breakfast was offered at a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed when I received an email to confirm our reservation and it offered me other things that I might need, for example extra towels, blankets and even a quiet room. The only reason I didn't 5 star the hotel was because the beds were definitely full size and not queen and they were very soft and a bit lumpy. Additionally, their pillows were also very mushy and not firm enough to support your neck. Other than that it is a very nice place to stay.
Cons: Full size beds instead of queen, soft lumpy beds and mushy pillows that were not firm enough to support neck.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to airport with free shuttle every half hour
Cons: Booked a king size bed with whirlpool. I didn't read the fine print that said if available which meant I didn't get the whirlpool.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was really convenient to downtown SF(18 minutes away), and with an amazing view! Hotel room was clean and comfy! It was definitely worth it for the price paid.

6.8 Good
Pros: friendly staff.
Cons: more variety of meals.
7.3 Good
Pros: I'm glad there was a restaurant available. But I'm used to having a free buffet offered.
Cons: There wasn't a free buffet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room and polite staff.
Cons: No pool.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was wonderful. Fresh fruit and cookies were much appreciated when we came into the lobby. Staff were so friendly and efficient, The room was very nice and quiet.

6.0 Good
Cons: Right next to freeway. Room and area were very noisy .
6.2 Good

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great stay, clean, comfortable, good breakfast.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: We had an early morning flight and didn't arrive until later than we had planned. The room was clean and attractive, it was quiet despite the freeway being right near by. We wanted somewhere to eat and the lady at the front desk recommended a restaurant that was one of the best parts of our entire trip. We left too early for breakfast but they were setting up and it looked pretty good. We did not get to use most of the amenities but it was easy to find, was close to some really nice places to eat and was only 4 minutes from the airport but felt clean, quiet and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Some of the carpeting looked a little stained and some of bathroom fixtures (tiles joints and grout ) looked a little worn. Otherwise I would have said it was a luxury hotel. Did not like the remote, it was made to be easy to clean but it was very hard to figure. The buttons the TV was indicating you were to use were not on the remote, like they were 2 different systems, but we did figure out a way to use it eventually.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: The website lists a shuttle to the airport which is the only reason I stayed here, but it no longer exists. Going to complain to get my cab fair reimbursed but not hopeful

6.3 Good
Pros: free shuttle to the airport, good location within walking distance to coyote point park, harbor and san mateo downtown, they managed to check us in very early which we loved after a long flight
Cons: the receptionist had no idea about the neighborhood - she suggested we take taxis everywhere
5.7 Okay
Pros: Good location near San Fransisco near the highway so a quick connection to SF in only 10-15min. Without paying the costs of staying in the centre.quiet location
Cons: nothing in the neighborhood to do. only little choice for breakfeast
5.7 Okay
Pros: As expected for a Best western, neat and comfortable, good surprise with the breakfast (included in fact).

Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and continental breakfast was very nice.
Cons: Shuttle service to airport every half an hour rather than hourly would have been helpful since hotel location was not central or close to other types of transportation.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: close to the SFO airport, airport shuttle, clean room
Cons:
7.6 Good

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room. We were there as it is close to the hospital where we're receiving treatment. Staff was very accommodating, letting us checkout a little later. Would return if don't plan to stay in the room for long. Value for money.
Cons: Refrigerator and AC/heat was noisy when they come on, thin walls where we could hear people walking above us and neighbors talking at a normal conversation level.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Pillows were too small and lumpy.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Facility is a little dated, but very clean and the grounds are beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful, The breakfast was better than expected with a full array of choices which included eggs, bacon, ham or sausage, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, a variety of juices and coffee bar. Our room was right next to the atrium where breakfast is served, yet it was quiet. Slightly odd bathroom layout, but not a problem. Complimentary cookies and, I believe, coffee bar served in the evenings. Close to restaurants, many of which are within walking distance. Comfortable beds, good internet connection and a good amount of TV channels.

Pros: Easy and hospitable check-in, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast to start your day. Met my needs for a quick and easy business trip.

6.5 Good
Pros: It was quiet.
Cons: Breakfast on weekends does not open until 8am. That is no acceptable. The shower was almost a dribble to get even warm. When i stated that 8am was not acceptable for breakfast, the check in employee certainly did not care, that's the way it is.

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Felt like an upscale, classy place, for the price of a run of the mill econo-chain hotel. Clean, well appointed, comfortable, and convenient to the airport. Bonuses were a decent free continental breakfast and 24hr airport shuttle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I booked this hotel as it was a good price, had great reviews and was convenient enough for a conference at the Moscone Center without paying ridiculous downtown prices. I wasn't disappointed. The staff were all really nice, the room was comfortable, very eclectic design, modern bathrooms, but some very opulent furniture. About a 15 min walk to the BART, 10 min to Caltrain, about 5 min walk to the downtown San Bruno area that has quite a few restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again and make time to try the spa!
Cons: I didn't think the breakfast buffet was anything special. but since it was included in the price, can't complain.
10.0 Excellent

9.1 Excellent
Pros: The linens were the most comfortable of any hotel I have ever visited, and I have stayed at some of the world's most luxurious hotels. The TV has a huge screen and a supremely clear picture. 4K?? The location is very close to the rental car return agencies. Very clean. The only drawback was the check in. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. The first room I was assigned had soaking wet carpet from a recent shampoo. Instead of bringing me a key to another room I had to go down to the lobby again and wait for what seemed like an eternity for them to assign me a different room. The person at the front desk (Yolanda?) laughed when I explained the reason i had to change rooms. Then they had a lot of difficulty figuring out which rooms on the quiet side of the hotel had bath tubs. Once I got to the room however I was extremely comfortable and the room was super quiet. A/C could use a slight boost.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very nice, location felt safe. Staff was friendly. Pillows and blanket were goose down, very comfy.
Cons: $25 parking. You run into expensive parking so much in downtown San Francisco that it would have been nice to have lower or none there. The lounge staff, while friendly, seemed to need more staffing. It took a while to be greeted or get our bill. There was no fan in the bathroom so while showering it got very hot fast. They had to add on a hold for an extra $100 on my debit card, just because it was a debit. It's refundable but it has yet to be removed from my bank statement.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is easy to access and the quality of the rooms is very high. Not far from the city and really close to the airport Great view of the plane landing and taking off without the sound. very friendly staff
Cons: A bit on the high side for the price depending on the day you stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the convenience and ease for travelers. The pool- though small for serious workout, hot tub, and work out room is great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location,comfortable bed.
Cons: Airplane noise, exit gate didn't work
4.2 Okay
Cons: Waterproof mattresses and broken fixtures? Can't believe Marriott puts their name behind this place.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nearby self-serve surface parking lot adjacent to the lobby made it easy to access our vehicle - which saved us time and was very convenenient. We were flying out of SFO the next morning. Staff was friendly. Rooms were in good shape and had recently been redone.
Cons: Not much. Prices in the restaurant were a bit high - but the food was very good.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great Bed experience. I did not.mind being far from San Francisco since we had rented a car.
Cons: There was a used towel in our room when we checked.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Location is good
Cons: I love hotel and New England Lobster Marcket!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing. Some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. They had fruit and candy out and everyone smiled and was helpful. It was wonderful.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Room furnishings were very nice and modern. Bed very comfortable. Loved the glass shower doors and bathroom amenities. Staff very friendly. Free airport shuttle very convenient. Overall great experience.
Cons: Tried express check-out via telephone and TV menu but neither worked. Had to checkout at front desk but luckily there was no wait. Would prefer express checkout.
7.6 Good
Cons: They could not accommodate my room and needs since booking.com made multiple mistakes in my order. For my inconvinance nothing special was offered or any type of discounts.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Contemporary design. Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Really did not like having to pay $30/day for parking.
7.4 Good
Pros: Convenient shuttle to the airport. Very new and clean.
Cons: AC in our room seemed to have some broken component in it. During the night, the broken piece would begin to rattle loudly at random times. It kept waking me up.
5.1 Okay
Cons: Low room rate but upon arrival found the parking fee was $30/day
6.8 Good
Pros: close to airport
Cons: too many dogs. Dogs barking all night long
9.7 Excellent
Cons: Super clean, sleek and modern. Looks brand new provides great bath products. Really great complimentary coffee. Breakfast options or free breakfast would be nice
4.5 Okay
Pros: 1. Clean 2. Modern look and feel 3. Big tv 4. Big hand washing area 5. Nice looking shower
Cons: 1. EXPENSIVE parking (no free parking) - $25 a night. With this added parking cost, it brought the cost of the stay up to the price range of a much better class of hotels. (Could have gotten a much better hotel with the added parking fees) 2. No place to sit, eat and watch tv, especially if you are with another person. 3. Right next to the airport, so if you are a light sleeper, or hate noise, this is NOT the hotel for you. This applies to any side of the hotel you are in. Luckily, this doesn't bother me too much, but I'm sure many people would be bothered by this. 4. No amenities! No shampoos or body wash in travel size. Much cheaper hotels AND much more expensive hotels usually have individually packaged toiletries for the convenience of their patrons. It's apparent they did not want to invest in any amenities. The really sub-par wall mounted toiletries do not clean well. 5. Bed is fairly uncomfortable. 6. Bathroom set up is really inefficient. Sliding door to compartmentalize the toilet and the sink area is a really poor, poor, poor, poor, poor choice. Why would someone do that? It doesn't even shut all the way. There is like an inch or more gap. 7. Why is the fridge in the bathroom? - SELF EXPLANATORY COMPLAINT
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were very nice and clean.
Cons: Personally, to dark and cold for me in the common areas.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a noisy refrigerator and they quickly sent a maintenance tech with a replacement and he was very cool.
Cons: There needs more transparency on parking. When I booked the trip, I was not informed whatsoever that parking is an extra $30 per night. For us, that was a very significant add onto the price and we felt trapped into paying it after driving six hours to visit San Francisco and being ready to begin our visit. The staff was accommodating and lowered it to $20 since we didn’t know, but it was still upsetting. The third party parking company was also unimpressive because they’re card reading system didn’t work. I had to just keep printing tickets to enter the lot and telling an attendant my name and room number to leave. Pretty aggravating when you’re used to parking at hotels for free.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Clean
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great!
Cons: Noise from Airplanes! SFO is very active airport, planes take off ALL day!
7.7 Good
Pros: Clean lines, modern decor, close to airport
Cons: Need more electrical outlets at bedsides
10.0 Excellent
Pros: love how close it is to the airport and its got a Cool Vibe .
