7.1 Good
Pros: Beautiful resort! Loved our room. Food was amazing! Love the boutique on site.
Cons: Front desk was great. Had an early check in. Staff overall was very slow and not to experienced when it came to bellman and room service. Every time we called for something we sat on hold for a period of time. Then when we left the resort i couldn't see out of my car windows. I had hard water spots all over my beautiful clean mercedes. The sprinklers covered my car and when i asked the valet to help with windex they looked at me like I was crazy.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location with everything you could ever want in a resort hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: .
Cons: .
4.2 OK
Cons: Our hotel reeked of smoke even though it was considered a non-smoking room. I wouldn't have minded except that I have two young children and the hotel was at 100% capacity. Also, $38/night for parking is a little ridiculous.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Loved the pools and access to so many things around the hotel
Cons: The smoke detectors went off at 3:15 am in both the hallway and 1 of our 2 room suite! A neighbor then began yelling at someone else about having a cigarette. We even had to change from our original room due to the lingering smell of smoke from previous guests.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean and location was fantastic.
Cons: No parking. I was charged a 25$ fee per day as a "resort fee". I have never seen this in my entire life, and this fee was not included when I made the booking. I feel cheated by kayak. Complained to reception at checkout and they said all I can do is email kayak.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was absolutely amazing. So friendly and accommodating. Really made the hotel something special.
Cons: The shower/bathroom wasn't great, and the walls were paper thin. Also, the bed wasn't very comfortable.
4.2 OK
Pros: Beach front location.
Cons: Not worth it, deluxe king $536 was dated and noisy on the ground floor. Lots of extra charges - rest fee $25, valet $36, breakfast allowance $75, if two people take the buffet and have a coffee each that's already over the $75 allowance! Rude, defensive front desk. Very unimpressed.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Service, food and property was good .Beach location was wonderful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very accommodating and the staff was nice. They had all the amenities from beech crushers to surf boards. The kids had fun in the pools and roasting marshmallows. All around great time!!!!
Cons: The long walk to the room from the lobby!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Probably the most excellent staff at any Hyatt, I have ever stayed. It was my daughter's 9th birthday and they made her feel like a million bucks. Send a card to the room signed my more staff members than I have family. The pools are great. The water slides are even better and the beach is clean and well-maintained. I will be coming back.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was so clean, quiet and nice!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and professional greeting and check in. Clean room.
Cons: Slight musty smell in room.
5.7 OK
Pros: The room was very clean and spacious. The fridge and microwave was a plus and made it convience during my stay. The front desk receptionists were all polite and friendly. Nice size room and free WiFi.
Cons: It is literally next to a police station so hearing sirens in the middle of the night was annoying. The bed was not comfortable at all. The pillows and blanket was terrible, it was like sleeping in a hospital bed. This hotel solidly looks nice and everything, but I'm just disappointed I wasn't able to get a good sleep, hence, the reason of my stay was to catch up on sleep and my work.

3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The design is ok for a business hotel. The location is good if you want to be in Costa Mesa
Cons: Staff was not very professional. Didn’t honor the SPG gold upgrade as they said that they are a little hotel. Room is small and bathroom is small and outdated.
6.2 Good
Pros: Nice area to behind the hotel to walk. Larger room size
Cons: Service was somewhat lacking. I stayed 3 nights. My room was never serviced by the cleaning crew after I checked in. Mattress was very firm and not very comfortable. Hotel nickel and dimes for everything. Self parking was $22 a night. Hotel Concierge wanted to charge me an additional $20 a night when I (a solo traveller) requested a king bed upon arrival instead of two queens, even though the hotel was half empty and the published rates of the king rooms were $35 less a night than the nightly rate I had paid for my stay.
7.4 Good
Pros: Other than front desk staff, all the other staff were very courteous and professional. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable all in all very nice.
Cons: Well after prepaying for the room. For them not allowing me to get keys to the room, because of card damage and not do to lack of cash that they do not except. I had to go to my bank and get another temporary card while my other party had to wait with my luggage. Was completely unacceptable. Somebody needs to inform them that once you pay for something you are in title to it. Regardless to some policy they in place.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service. Staff were very helpful and friendly!

Balboa Bay Resort - Newport Beach - Building
6
9.1 Excellent (2,221 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach, you'll be on the waterfront, within a 10-minute drive of Fashion Island and Huntington State Beach. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and express check-in. Event facilities at this resort consist of conference space and a meeting room. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating at the front desk, restaurants, housekeeping, and pool. Room was big and it was nice getting bottled water every day. Food at the restaurant (lunch) was surprisingly good and sitting outside by the bay was enjoyable.
Cons: Overall, the facility was "tired" and is in need of renovations. Especially, the pool area lounges and chairs were old and stained. We prefer fitted sheets (which these were not) and carpets throughout the hotel (room, elevator, halls) need attention. We were told by one of the maintenance personnel who was in our room to fix a sliding shutter door, that the hotel was be remodeled within the next 3 months which is encouraging. Location was somewhat of a catch-22. It was nice being on the harbor but you really couldn't walk anywhere to shop or eat. Must have car if you want to go anywhere off site. Overall, we had a good time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: LOCATION/ SERVICE/ON PREMISE RESTURANTS/SUPER NICE STAFF
Cons: NOTHING
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Felt solid. Great looking place.
Cons: Check-in could’ve been a little less surly.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The view of the bay was perfect. The staff was truly exceptional.
Cons: The bathroom. While very nice looking and clean, it's layout was not great and the shower was on par with a two star motel.
5.7 OK
Pros: Good location.
Cons: They are charging you for a bottle of red wine that is in your room. They tell you as they are giving you the key that it's included in the price - well we didn't drink the wine nor did we want to pay for it. It doesn't matter that if you don't want it - you are paying for it anyway, how ridiculous!
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Our room had such a great view of the bay. It was very relaxing and quiet. We kept the balcony doors open almost the whole time! The staff was very polite and accommodating whenever we asked for anything.
Cons: The first room we were put in, the shutters were broken and would not close for privacy. As soon as I called down, they had someone come up and move us 5 doors down within minutes. The staff was very polite and helpful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great room on marina.
Cons: It took over an hour to check in. Hotel did not have my Kayak reservation right and I had to spend a lot of time on the phone getting it straight. Also, make sure you get a room with a water view.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and attentive staff, light and airy ambience, very well maintained facilities.
Cons: I wasn’t aware of the several mandatory fees that were in addition to the rate. This was disappointing.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The people were kind. Amenities were really great. The facilities were exceptional.
Cons: N/A
4.0 OK
Cons: Heat didn't work. Charged $28 for parking without alerting us in advance. Room was completely standard of any hotel. Room service forgot our dressing, and the food was subpar
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are very nice with 4 star amenities. mix of families, locals and travelers
Cons: First night room was noisy due to being close to event space. They switched rooms for me next night with an upgrade and waved resort fee. Very professional and accommodating staff.

Take a stroll through a local art gallery or play beach volleyball as the mood strikes you. Kimpton Shorebreak Huntington Beach Resort, it’s like you’re staying at a friend’s beach house—a friend with a laid-back attitude and killer personal style. Our surfing-inspired décor and artwork was specifically designed to meld our resort aesthetic with the Huntington Beach lifestyle. Unwind with coastal cuisine at Pacific Hideaway. Kick back, surf's up.
5.7 OK
Pros: The people who work here are wonderful. Everyone was friendly and professional. Location is great if you want to be in downtown Huntington Beach.
Cons: I've stayed at other Kimpton Hotels and found them quirky and charming. This one is a boutique hotel without the charm of a boutique hotel. They also charge a daily resort fee of $25 (plus $3 tax). In no way is this a resort. There is no pool, no spa and if you get a courtyard view room, no view of anything but the courtyard. As someone else noted, the parking fee is hight but it's consistent with charges for all the parking garages in the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff the hotel itself and the great restaurant all combined to make an amazing hotel expierence
Cons: I wish they had a poom.or spa other then that great place to be
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is 1 block from Main Street and view of the pier. Terrific stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to beach, friendly staff. Was everything I was looking for in a beach side hotel. Wish I was able to stay for longer than one night.
Cons: I was caught off guard with the $35 mandatory valet fee.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is so cute, refreshing and close to the beach! Walking distance to everything! Loved it!!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We booked the hotel on a whim during our road trip and were very pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the quality and and vibe of the hotel. It was in a great location really close to the beach, food and shopping. Friendly staff. Would stay again!
Cons: Having to sign up for a membership for the wifi was not ideal.
8.2 Excellent
Cons: Room did not have a couch/pullout bed like it was shown in the picture. Hotel did not want to work with me about switching rooms. Had to ask for blankets to build a bed on the floor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a great location in Huntington Beach, across the street from the beach and the pier. We loved the cool factor of the hotel and the modern design. The casual beach atmosphere and friendly staff was a treat. We loved the free use of the bicycles.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean hotel and friendly staff. Great location!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We found this hotel on the IHG site since they had recently merged. Close to beach. Easy access to Pacific Highway. Staff at the hotel were friendly and genuinely happy with easygoing attitudes. It helped us relax and it made a difference. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and if we travel back to Huntington Beach this is where we will stay!
Cons: Not consistent with the way the room was cleaned. However, a quick phone call remedied our towel situation. Fridge was fully stocked. Wish there would have been less items in the fridge so we could put our own drinks in. No biggie.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: nice spacious balcony
Cons: Was given a room on main floor almost directly off common area, but I suppose someone has to get that one... no ice machine on our floor. Balcony separated from neighbors' by a couple of floor planters--not very secure.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Large spacious 2 bedroom apartment attractive decoration--comfortable beds very clean great facilities (pool, gym, tennis) close to beach and restaurants
Cons: hot water in bathroom #2 took a long time to warm up.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location was great
Cons: We booked this hotel for one night, thought we'd have a calm, relaxing day by the pool and enjoy the ocean view. We didn't realize just how family oriented this hotel is. There were kids everywhere, running and screaming, not what we were looking for and certainly not what we paid for. We should have paid a little extra and gone across the street to pelican hill. Bit, once we have a family of our own, we'll know where to go.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location convenient to the beach, restaurants and tourist destinations and still in a big metropolitan area like Southern California.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Big, spacious, comfortable, clean units. Outstanding views of the Pacific Ocean and coastal hills. Nice pool and gym. Close to beach and to excellent restaurants in Corona del Mar.
Cons: no complaints about anything.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: wonderful facilities, large and comfortable villas, lots of activities
Cons: low water pressure and the hot water took a long time to warm up.

4.3 OK
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: The hot tub was closed the entire time. The gym was closed for one of the 3 days we were there. Valet parking is $35/day extra, bike rentals extra...no amenities and not cheap!!!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Reasonably priced. Across the street from the beach. Great staff all around.
Cons: Only one restaurant on premises.
5.6 OK
Pros: The manager was awesome!!! So understanding and helpful
Cons: The pictures did not show what the hotel looks like whatsoever. The lobby and facilities were extremely outdated, although the room was nice. The poolside service was awful-- we asked for water and he brought us bottles water and was going to charge us something like $5 per bottle so I asked for a cup of water instead, which he said they don't serve because "it tastes bad." But he served it to the person next to us. I then went to the bar and got a cup of water. The bartender was also very nice and accomadating!
4.2 OK
Pros: The hotel's proximity to the beach is great. They have a wonderful restaurant with ocean views--very nice.
Cons: The walls are paper thin--you can hear everything from people talking to dogs barking (it's a pet friendly hotel). Also, the fridge in the room would start buzzing every hour and wake us up. The staff was not very polite when we asked if we could switch rooms (we paid for a nice ocean view room and instead got an ugly view of a construction site). The driver of the shuttle who took us to Main Street was telling us how much nicer the Hyatt down the street is (next time I'll stay there!).

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We come back regularly. The hotel is well appointed and the staff is very professional. Rooms are comfortable and view to ocean side over fashion island is super. Oak Grill Room on the deck for breakfast is a treat.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect close to shops, restaurant with easy access. The hotel rooms were very comfortable & roomy. The staff was excellent, exceeded any expectations.
Cons: My toilet had some trouble flushing but aside from that no problems. Please do not print that for public use.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Loud disco/nightclub in lobby. Rooms are tired (I used to go there frequently when it was a Four Seasons). It certainly isn't a Four Seasons quality room anymore. Guess that's why the rates are somewhat reasonable.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: everything except the HOT, HOT, HOT weather.
Cons: could not get hotel room cool enough in face of heat wave (25 degrees above expected temperature).
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Great location - right across from Fashion Island shopping center. Easy access to restaurants, movies, shopping. Staff was very courteous and friendly. This was my second stay here. I would come back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice & comfortable rooms Wonderful staff. Very helpful & personable
Cons: Nothing. All was good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent customer service.
Cons: Everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great big room on the 3rd floor that overlooks the pool area. It’s a lively scene that includes a DJ playing music for the guests lounging there. However if you have the rooms facing the pool area and are on the lower floors the party in never over. The music can be heard in the room even with the balcony door closed.
Cons: This should be disclosed as a potential nuisance when checking in. It’s a factor that is well known to the bell staff and I’m sure the front is aware as well.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: I think the valet parking fee was too high. There wasn't any options provided to self parking. You had no choice but to pay $32 parking fee.

Pros: It was absolutely amazing. VERY plush and MODERN rooms. I got a premium room which was amazing. The cabanas by the pool are awesome. Just luxury and premium all the way.
Cons: Only one bad thing I could say is as a multiple business stayer...I have stayed there repeatedly, there should be a discount for return guests.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The room was updated and decorated nicely. Had a very cozy feel.
Cons: I really did not like that there was only a shower.

7.7 Good
Pros: Location was great, hotel new, staff was excellent.
Cons: Our room had crumbs on floor when we checked in. Floors were not swept well at all. Second day, crumbs still there and shower not wiped cleaned sine my daughters hair was still in shower. If your room overlooks the pool, there is a DJ by the pool on Friday and Saturday until 2am and it is loud. The view of the pier was spectaular.

4.8 OK
Pros: Good location, since it's close to the airport.
Cons: Facility is extremely outdated, room was tiny and noisy. Parking is an additional $22 per day, which is robbery. I suggest you stay at the Irivne Wyndam instead.
5.4 OK
Pros: Was clean and the staff was good
Cons: 30 dollars to park a car is just ridiculous at a hotel you are paying a couple hundred a night to stay at. Also the room was extremely small it was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. I will not stay at that facility again. A complementary breakfast was not included unless you are a gold or platinum member.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the beds. We had a great night sleep.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, always professional always polite. Pool fantastic, Spa clean and warm. I loved the Bed, super cloud pillow topped, room clean. Bathroom luxury, from soaps to towels good size. 24/7 always staff on hand. Had starbucks in hotel foyer. Blackout curtains kept morning sun at bay.
Cons: My 71 yr old mother did not enjoy the pillow top beds, suggested they smothered her. Could hear some trucks on highway braking in mornings and night. It is geared for business, so appeared everything has an additional cost per unit.

Pros: Just steps away from the Segerstrom Theatre and across the street from South Coast Plaza. Well kept, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Room was well-maintained. Staff was very kind. The valets were especially helpful, looking for taxis, offering water
Cons: Amenities too expensive. ($9.00 a day to have music on the TV?) Day parking fee was reduced for our convention but no reduction for those of us who were staying in the hotel. Tub/shower was dangerous. Nothing to hold onto. Light too dim. Peephole in the door was too high for an average-size woman to look through.
7.4 Good
Cons: The staff at Check in was not exactly accommodating to the people in line. The gentlemen behind the counter was having a conversation about non work related subjects with a guest, although claiming it to be hotel and check in related, while we stood in line for 15-20 minutes. For a 4 star hotel, the check in process was not that of a 4 star rating. The check in process is more of a 1 star.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Location. Starbucks inside hotel. Great bath amenities.
Cons: There was one issue with the bedding upon arrival. Other than that, was a very nice experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Maids never knocked, great black out curtains Had a 5 night stay and everything was perfect
Cons: Nothing Unless they wanted me to get a free stay ????
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Love the incentive to forgo Housekeeping daily in exchange $5 voucher.
Cons: Some aspects seemed a little dates (ie the elevator, room furniture).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We paid $158 per night plus taxes and $20 per night self parking. It was convenient, clean, and comfortable. Front door staff and housekeeping were helpful and friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front door man Mike was excellent, always had the best smile and attitude each time we went in and out. Our bell hops to and from the hotel were also wonderful. Our server at the lounge was also excellent and attentive. This location is perfect since it has easy access to dining, shops and the freeway. We will definitely be back!
Cons: No negatives
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved that I was able to do early check in and was offered complimentary late check out. Enjoyed the elegant atmosphere. The heated pool was our favorite. Walking distance to dinner and to the mall to do some shopping.
Cons: Parking was a bit expensive $27.00 to be exact.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, convenient for our conference, room was comfortable, staff and service was above expectations. Hotel food/restaurant/bar was good. Also close to other restaurants.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has an amazing staff. The two restaurants are very good and offer really good food unlike most hotel restaurants. We had the one bedroom suite and it was very clean. The hotel has its own shuttle bus going to and from Disney check out is at 1200 am. I paid $170 per night and it was far better than the Fairfield inn by Marriott which is located right across the main entrance to Disney Land. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel!!
Cons: The prices in the little store of the hotel are somewhat ridiculous but it is a great hotel. Parking is rediculous with $27 per night. One Bus is not enough during peak hours to get guests to park.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great Hotel. Good Facilities.
Cons: $28.00 to Park my car was a bit much
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was our first family trip ever. My girls absolutely loved the kid friendly bunks. It was so nice that mom and dad could say good night and close the door and watch tv. We also enjoyed the convenience of a shuttle to Disney. All in all, it was a great experience.
Cons: Parking for $28?! Yikes! This alone makes me re-think coming back.
6.8 Good
Pros: Easy access via shuttle which is convenient.
Cons: The shuttle/parking should be free for guests... I wouls have given an extra star for the extra value.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Room and hotel overall were very clean and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful and professional.
Cons: Price of food within the hotel restaurant was beyond exhorbitant...ridiculous...but otherwise we had no issues.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel lobby was beautiful and the employees were very nice. We had 3 different groups of family coming in and the person who checked us in gave us top notch service and was able to let us check-into our rooms early. He even let us have free shuttle tickets for everyone for Disneyland. I definitely will be back. With a group of 12 of us it was much easier to have the breakfast buffet at the restaurant in the lobby. it turned out great!
7.4 Good
Pros: The place was clean and very airy and open.
Cons: Lobby bathrooms were small and staff was very short with understanding kayak definitions of The room
9.4 Excellent

Cons: The hotel is a bit dated but it was a great value for the deal we got.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the hotel was really really good. It is such a good value for the money. The beds were very comfortable the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly wouldn't hesitate to stay there again anytime.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: I didn't like much. My experience was horrible here.
Cons: We were lied to by the staff. Due to their lies, we ended up stranded at the event we were attending. We booked this hotel specifically for the free shuttle, and even made sure of times and venue location that it would all work out. Well, it didn't and the customer service desk did NOTHING to resolve. What an awful experience! I will never stay there again!
9.1 Excellent
Pros: I was a beautiful place to stay, clean and the staff was great. I would surely go back and stay longer for pleasure this time!!!!!
5.4 OK
Pros: liked the restaurant in the courtyard
Cons: There were large bugs in our bathroom -- unacceptable
6.0 Good
Pros: The room was very large and very comfortable. The facilities were very clean and aesthetically pleasing, although I was unable to spend much time there due to a business conference I was attending. I read good things about the restaurant, however, was unable to check it out for the same reasons.
Cons: I was given the opportunity to check-in before noon and to request additional towels, both of which I selected. However, upon arrival I was told that I was unable to check-in early AND that, even if possible, it would cost an additional $40. Furthermore, I did not receive additional towels. So, my question became, why even offer these things if you're not going to provide them upon request.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Reliable excellent service and accommodations! We are always impressed with our experience at Ayres!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Likes: free parking, clean rooms, kind staff
Cons: Internet did not work
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great. The beds are comfortable. The place is generally quite cozy, as well as clean. The USB outlets are a nice modern touch.
Cons: Pretty much my only complaint is that the hotel is very close to the John Wayne Airport and you get woken up promptly at 7am by the first departing flights, which continue to make noise until around 11pm. Otherwise the hotel is nice and quiet.
7.7 Good
Cons: I'm a Pastor and I asked for a 1pm checkout due to a wedding ceremony I was performing in Huntington Beach at 4pm. Initially I was told no problem. I called on Saturday morning to confirm and my request was denied. Staff did not apologize, offer any solutions and I was very disappointed.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room included mini fridge and microwave, jetted bath tub, comfortable beds, very clean
Cons: Right across the street from airport, somewhat dated Victorian style decor, no USB charging ports near beds

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are amazing and most of all the staff was incredible. Were always greeted with a smile, some of the staff even knew us by name and always made it a point to say hello when we walked by.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Loved that the bedroom was separate from the family room, complimentary mini fridge, bath tub & stand up shower was a big plus, easy access to freeway, food & beach!
Cons: Other than noise from remodeling, I love love love this location!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were great especially Mica
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Newly remodeled and well kept up. Quiet, and a great view. Service at the cafe was awesome. The price I paid was a very good value.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Nice location
5.7 OK
Pros: Overall, the staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the grounds were well kept. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked like it had good selections.
Cons: We got a suite with water front view. I think the view was a joke as it looked like a semi-dried up marsh. If you went down a few blocks, it was beautiful. I was a little disappointed with the view as I paid extra for it. The bed was very uncomfortable, my husband and I tossed and turned all night.
7.1 Good
Cons: They charge $25 for parking and there are no other parking options.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: $28 for parking a night? Like just hide it in the fee or something because it's just ridiculous. I'd guess that 95% of guests arrive with at least one car.
7.7 Good
Pros: Nice facility, friendly staff, comfortable large room. $28 for parking in a non-enclosed lots seemed kinda high, but what can you do. A 3.5-4 star hotel at this rate you really can't complain
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Parking should be more clear that it is charged.. I would have rather just ubered there
7.7 Good
Pros: The large bathroom with a separate shower and bath was amazing. The bedrooms had doors separating it from the spacious living room. The bed was extremely comfortable. There were 2 TVs with a fairly good selection of channels.
Cons: The hotel is located away from places to eat so ordering room service sounds great but it's extremely overpriced. Price of parking was ridiculous. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the extra blankets were scratchy.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: The layout of the bathrooms and sleeping areas were very good for an extended stay. The bathroom had enough shelf space for toiletries, and the closet and dresser were sufficient for clothes. The layout of the living room and kitchen made it very comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom does need to have at least one addition towel rack. Hotels now ask that you hang your towel to dry rather than replace it each day - which is wonderful. However, there is no place to hang it... That is a problem. I decided to place my towel on a hanger and hang it in the doorway. Not the best, but it worked. A few more pots would have been nice also. There were enough items for the microwave, but not the stove. A small dish soap would be helpful as well so as not to run the dishwasher for a few items. I used a small bar of soap and a face cloth.

Pros: Room was clean and just as advertised. Front desk Staff was helpful and went above and beyond to send balloons and cookies to our room for my son's birthday. Breakfast was outstanding each morning and the breakfast staff was amazing. The workers never stopped moving- cleaning, replenishing, and even handing out stickers and activity sheets to the kids! Location was great- quick shuttle ride (additional ticket required) right up to the gates of Disneyland.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The 2 room suite is wonderful with a full kitchen.
Cons: The floor in the breakfast area was sticky both mornings we were there. Spills should be cleaned quickly to avoid this.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff and welcoming lobby with fun options for kids. Breakfast was wonderful!!!
