I arrived with my reservation and they didn’t have any cars. They told me I’d need to go somewhere else. Other rental companies were booked up because of a big F1 races and the few available cars at other rental companies were triple the price. I ended up without a car for a weekend with my elderly grandmother who is 96. It’s irresponsible to confirm a reservation is there isn’t a car available!Reviewed 25 Oct 2025

Pickup was great. The attendant in the garage gave me a ticket that said the car was full. After I drove away from the airport is when I noticed it wasn’t actually full. When I returned the vehicle I let the check on guy know and he was really rude about it.Reviewed 22 Jul 2024

We needed to change the name on the rental because I had booked it and planned to go but ended up not being able to. My husband went instead and the rental company insisted there was absolutely no way they could change the name. I attempted to reach help via Expedia and Kayak but was only able to reach a Expedia representative via chat. No one would help us and we had to forfeit the reservation and our money. I loved the car loved the easy pick up and return of the rental car. The airport made it very self explanatory to get the car back with white letters on the road to direct you back to the rental car return. Made me smile. I had to extend my rental due to not finishing the work I came down for and the company made it very easy to extend.Reviewed 22 Apr 2024
