Desk Clerk couldn't add my Hertz Gold Number to reservation. Gas tank wasn't full and since I purchased the refill option that was a punishment for me. Car had 40k+ miles and it showed. Front wiper sprayer broken.Reviewed 6 May 2024

Some issues with not being able to call in beforehand to confirm details of the reservation. Also with not being able to check in and go directly to my car when I arrived, like it said I would. Also with both the phone system and website saying the location I was picking up from was closed when my flight touched down, which was luckily not true (flight arrived after midnight). Also the car’s language had been set to something not English. Also the electric car’s battery was down to 10%, so I had to find a manager and be given another one. Got home around 3 am, instead of 1:30. But in the end, it was overall a good experience. The car I eventually got was good, the manger lady who helped me sort things out once I brought it to her attention was good, and drop off was easy.Reviewed 3 May 2024

The wait at the airport could have been better. The desk attendants were waiting for clean cars to be available to the customers, even those who had prior reservations for the time of pick up. We had rented an EV which was supposed to be an intermediate SUV. We have 2 kids, a stroller and several suitcases. Instead they gave us a Chevy Bolt which is a compact SUV at best, we could barely fit. When asked if there is anything they could do to help us, the answer was to pay more to switch to a non EV. They said EVs had different sizing than normal cars. I found that to be poor customer service and also lack of transparency on their end for those booking online.
