Pros: The host Luca is a very welcoming person. He was picked us up from the airport and from the hotel, and the fare was only 10 euros. After arriving at the hotel, warmly introduce the house facilities and important places around. Fully equipped rooms, rich breakfast, two supermarkets nearby。It‘s wonderful!

Cons: A lamp by the little desk

Cons: It is right by the airport - so planes overhead and location is not pretty!

Pros: Hotel employee was awesome! He helped us get a bus to Rome instead of going back to the airport and getting the train. He was very nice and attentive and the place was clean and beautiful. It was easy to find and fairly close to the airport.

Pros: Everything was perfect and convenient. Definitely will stay here again. They welcomed my dog and cat and took us to the airport in the morning. Location was excellent, within walking distance to many restaurants. Staff was so friendly and spoke english. 100% recommend :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a great small hotel for a stay near the airport. The room and bathroom were very large, spotless and comfortable. Lucas went out of his way to help me with my luggage in the rain. He showed me where there there was a nice restaurant, pizza restaurant, Chinese restaurant and coffee bar right across the street. He didn’t just tell where these places were or give me a piece of paper with their names on a list. He walked me to the corner of the street and directly pointed them out to me. I had dinner at the restaurant and coffee at the coffee bar. Both were excellent. I especially enjoyed my cappuccino at the coffee bar where I sat at a table and watched as local a Italians came in on their way home from work and grabbed a coffee. They all ran in, stood at the counter, drank it down in a minute, then ran out, just as I had read about before my trip. I had a 6AM flight in the morning and Lucas drove me to the airport at 4 AM. It was raining again and he went out of his way to bring my luggage into the airport for me and found a representative to help me, not just drop me off at the “door”. What a gentlemen. I am an older women and was traveling solo. I felt safe and looked after at my stay here. Don’t miss an opportunity to meet Lucas! You will throughly enjoy your visit to this property and it will make going to the airport as stress free as possible as well as giving you the opportunity for one last great Italian dinner before leaving Rome.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed at Sleep and Fly before and never been disappoionted. The owner of this establishment, Luca, is a very charming and engaging gentlemen. Also stated in my last review he makes the best cappuccino in Italy!!! I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone.

Pros: This is a family operated place . The owners are very , very Nice and explain the area & include there own shuttle service To the airport . It's hard to find good customer service in Rome This family that runs this place knows what they are doing . I will stay Here again if I need a place close to the airport .
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Efficient , clean . Well priced , English spoken , good local knowledge , very friendly, operate airport shuttle , pretty much perfect. Close to all restraunts , pizzeria , Bars. Will use again. Thank you Luca
Cons: Cannot think of anything.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A great little hotel with no frills but great personal service from the father and son owners. This hotel has a great location close to the Rome Fiumicino airport which makes it an ideal budget hotel prior to departure from Italy. They are steadily improving and updating this hotel and the personal service is second to none!
Cons: Although the location close to the airport is a plus, the noise from the planes is quite loud at times but not a deal breaker.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the airport. Shuttle to the airport.
Cons: Noise from the airport when airplanes taking off in the night.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were worried for parking but it was plentiful on the street. The beds were very comfortable, rooms and premises were very clean, and all toiletries were excellent. Being so close to the airport was no problem, it was very quiet. They were very friendly and helpful, gave us local information and a great recommendation to the wonderful restaurant across the street. We only had a quick stay due to early flight but would recommend to all
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Great hotel near the airport. Lovely hosts and great location within walking distance to ocean. I have stayed here several times and will always make this Hotel the final night before departing for home!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Parking could have been an issue but was not in this case. The interior of Domus Lina is lovely! Bright, elegant, well appointed. The rooms were lovely as well - again - super clean, bright and comfy bed! Breakfast was outstanding with many cakes and cereals and breads, as well as eggs, meat and cheese. The staff were totally accommodating. This is our new 'go to' place when traveling out of Rome. Strongly recommend!
Cons: Parking is outside, not on the property. We were lucky and got a spot directly in front of the door. We had to take everything in - leaving nothing in the vehicle. Would love to have had on site parking but it all worked out well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We knew it would be very clean, etc = but we did not expect how lovely - elegant the place was - certainly from the outside we had doubts but when we opened the door - Lovely! So we booked again for next week when we fly out. It is now our new ‘go to’ place to stay prior to fly out of Rome.
Cons: Parking - on the street. That’s okay as long as you know you have to bring everything in.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, charming accommodations, comfortable bed. Loved the outdoor balcony! Wonderful location right on the waterfront quay, with numerous places to eat nearby.
Cons: Could have used some instructions on the use of the high-tech shower. Also, Shower water was less than hot.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The location was good because it isn't so far from the airport. Staff member Mohammed was brilliant. He was very courteous and kind. Helped me out with a problem I had that is explained below.
Cons: First off, there was no heating in the bathroom. There is a towel rack heating element in the bathroom but it wasn't plugged in because the outlet that it would normally be plugged into was non-functional. I don't understand why a B&B would not get that fixed right away during the winter months or at least provide a space heater to fix the lack of heating in the bathroom?! Secondly, in the room we stayed in, there was this very fancy shower unit but it did not have hot water coming out of the fixtures. It was a very lukewarm flow of water that was on the verge of being very cold. Unfortunately, my wife took a cold shower but I refused to. I asked to use another rooms shower if there was a vacant room and the B&B let me use a vacant room. Even though the room was very cold because it hadn't been heated during the night, the shower put out some very hot water to take a nice shower.

Pros: Ten minutes from Fiumicino airport and a few blocks from the waterfront. Everything about the place felt brand new. Great Room. Big bathroom. HUGE patio with a hot tub on it. (Room #400) Decent Wifi. Perfect spot to spend our last night in Europe and have a stress-free shuttle to the airport in the morning. Next time we're going to book at least two nights, though. The place is too charming not to hang out a little longer.
Cons: This is a little nit-picky, but the breakfast was a little weak. A few more cold meat, cheese, and fruit options would make a big difference. Don't get me wrong, though, I'd return to this hotel in a heartbeat. Fabulous place.

Cons: Extremely loud air conditioning unit - only continental style breakfast available - no warm options but I have found this the norm in Italy

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is nice, clean and the breakfast was good. The location is a bit out of the way and the neighbourhood not very nice......you definitely need a car to go anywhere from the hotel. It is though, very close to the airport so convenient for overnight stays.
Cons: the neighbourhood.....

Pros: The food, the relaxation the coolness of the room from the heat.....
Cons: Wish there were places to eat near by, but the food there was excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location--15 minutes to FCO, 1 block to the beach. This is a very small (8 rooms) boutique-type hotel. It's a great find, and we had an excellent stay. Evening pizza and wine option was excellent. Value for price paid was excellent.
Cons: Airplane noise could be a hindrance if outside, but not with the room doors closed. We slept very well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is an interesting little hotel with a very comfortable feel. Very inviting common areas, nice beach a short walk away, the coffee and pastry place across the street, on site pizza for e10, and the breakfast. Not your ordinary airport hotel!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Totally loved this hotel, not ordinary, very cozy and nice. The receptionist girl was very friendly and helpful.
7.0 Good
Pros: Did not eat breakfast - if available.
Cons: Arrival/departure: Unloading done in street at gate entrance. No area to offload luggage conveniently. It rained on morning of departure and water was in courtyard and at gate area. Got completely soaked loading bags into taxi! No shelter available walking to the gate or at the gate area. Restaurant on property but limited menu. Overall quality was okay. Small portions of pizza and lasagna. Prices of 10 and 12 Euro respectively led me to believe it was not a good value.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed there to take a rest until our flight at Fiumicino airport. The hotel met our expectations. It is very near to the carparks and you can watch planes taking off from the terrace of the hotel. Great. I would like to appreciate friendly and helping stuff as well.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was excellent, close to the airport and Fiumicino itself .
Cons: I didn't appreciate being charged 5 Euro for what was listed as free private parking on booking.com. The bathroom appeared clean but closer inspection proved otherwise, see photos . Also the breakfast is not up to standard.
7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel is near the airport and the service personal was very friendly and helped out.
Cons: There was quiet a lot of noise from the airport / incoming flights. As well as from the families going up early to leave for the airport. The breakfast was mostly for "bring a long" on the flight and wasnt very good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Monica was wonderful! I got there on my birthday and she had beautiful flowers for me! We were too tired to go out so she ordered pizza for us and we sat in their kitchen upstairs. Great location and she will even set up a driver to pick you up from the airport and take you to the airport. We could not have asked for one thing more than what she offered. The rooms were comfortable and clean and unique.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was exceptional!
Cons: Risotto needs 3 more minutes cooking. Just a few small culinary touches. :)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice environment and setting. Very nice rooms and spa.
Cons: Breakfast needs better coffee, plain crouasants and more fresh bread.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The spa experience was exquisite. Guests should be informed of tipping procedures, as most of the time you are in a robe without your wallet. The rooms were fantastic and comfortable, although the luxuriousness of the tubs; their depth and lack of curtain, made the marble floors slippery. The breakfast was perfect.
Cons: The dinning room was lovely, as was the food, but it lacked seasoning and finesse. The service was a bit off, as one in our party was served her entree as an appetizer. Prices were at the high end for the overall experience value. Lovely wine list/selection.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Terms.are above expectations, aperetivo is also very good quality.. perfect repax with your beloved

Pros: Relatively close to the airport, but not particularly easy to get to from FCO with other than an overpriced cab ride.

Pros: The view was good.
Cons: Many things - mainly that the agreed upon amenities were NOT accessible (either roped off, cost money, were misrepresented, or simply did not exist). It was not a good way to end our trip.

6.7 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly and the room was clean.
Cons: The walls were very thin and there was a lot of noise in the reception as well as a loud tv until very late at night which made it difficult to sleep.
7.1 Good
Pros: Place is 10min from the airport but neighborhood isn’t so pleasant - not dangerous but also nothing outside. There is a shuttle you pay 6 euros per person. Very straightforward b&b, nothing more to expect. Check out is at 10 sharp ( tho we arrived almost 10pm) on our checkin day and I paid 30 euros extras to stay up to 4pm. It’s fine but I know some hotels offer at least till 12 or offer to leave your luggage. I was with a senior (my mom) and our flight is at 20:00. Staff is okay, Claudia was more accommodating and helpful in email and in person. Breakfast was sufficient.
Cons: The heater wasn’t that strong so we were freezing. Need to ask how to lock the doors properly.

Pros: Very nicely set up small hotel, 10-12 minutes by taxi from to Fiumicino Airport. Stayed here only to shower, sleep between flights. Midnight checkin went smoothly. Good continental breakfast (included in tariff).
Cons: Shower didn't drain freely, but that will be fixed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect, charming boutique hotel for flying in/out of FCO. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Older town that still has "fishing village" charm. Staff was incredible..everyone was helpful and happy!!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing. Staff was friendly and greeted me upon arrival. The room wad big and comfortable. They even had slippers in the room. Breakfast was good too and the night before they assisted with restaurants for dinner. The entire experience was super. I left a bag of purchases on the shuttle, 6 euros, which they called and were able to retrieve for me. They brought it to my room immediately. I highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: Not close to beach however close to Tiber River with seafood restaurants.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel money/locationwise during overlay at Roma airport. Private parking (free) if you have to return the rental. Very attentive staff. Great fish restaurants 5 min walk.

Pros: I stayed at this hotel for 1 night because I had a layover in Rome and it was close to the airport. The hotel was really nice and super affordable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to airport, good restaurants and grocery walking distance.
Cons: Hard to find front door. Had to get cab driver to call to let me in.
7.1 Good
Pros: The place is very clean and the staff is friendly.
Cons: No hot water during our stay- apparently they had a plumbing issue.
6.0 Good
Pros: Clean room and good shower.
Cons: We booked transport through the hotel for the airport the next morning at 7am. The reception said breakfast did not start till 7 am so although we paid for breakfast would not have time to take it. As we left our room at 7 am the next morning I noticed a buffet style continental breakfast was laid out. Rather disappointed they never gave us a takeaway breakfast as it was all there ready at the time we left. Rather annoying as we had paid for it and did not have time to eat in the cafe in the airport as it was extremely busy.

6.0 Good
Pros: Nice pool, unfortunately no lounge chairs to relax in pool was closed and it was near 80 degrees outside
Cons: Nothing near this hotel to do on foot, but close to FCO airport 7 mins drive
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Hotel is good but it's not at all at a good location for a tourist in Rome, if you don't have your own vehicle
Cons: Location as it's too far from the city and end up spending more on transportation
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Front desk is manned 24-hours so my arrival from a late flight at 4:00am wasn’t a problem. Staff confirmed that my check-in at an odd hour would be possible in advance and also arranged a taxi for me the next day.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location was good and rooms were nice value for money.
Cons: Local transport services arranged/called by front desk were a scam. It's probably someone at the front desk getting a cut or kickback. Final cost was over 100% higher than quoted cost. If you need local transport arrange it through an app-based service.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Комнаты тихие, комфортабельные. Отель для одной ночи очень удобный
Cons: Все соответствует требованиям
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Chose it for combination of proximity to airport and beautiful grounds and pool for our last 24 hrs in Italy before flying home. It did not disappoint and added bonus was wonderful restaurant with indoor/outdoor patio. Food and service was great. Get a room with balcony overlooking pool.
Cons: "California king" beds (two singles side by side)
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Reception staff were wonderful. Very professional very welcoming very organised. Check in was speedy and efficient.
Cons: The noise level was beyond unbelievable. I am not a light sleeper. The rooms were not sound proof. Not only could i clearly hear people in rooms next door, accross the corridor and on the floor above. I also had the honour of hearing every toilet that flushed and shower that was used. The waste pipe must run through my bedroom. Room 303. The road side traffic was continuous. There must be a hospital nearby. Because the ambulances passed frequently for the whole night with their sirens blaring .dreadful worst nights sleep ever. Room was standard double. Furniture was old and worn. I struggled to open sliding doors and had to re-attach knob to a dresser drawer. Both bedroom and bathroom were very clean but actual shower was very compact and dated. Also rooms have wooden style tiling or flooring no carpeting or rugs and the cleaning staff could be heard "slamming" the hover against every wall and item of furniture that was in the vicinity from 8am onwards. The lighting was so poor in the room you could not read a book or magazine. Thankfully the reception were able to request an additional lamp for the room from bell boy/housekeeping. This is my second time to stay here. I rebooked this hotel based on my previous wonderful experience and i was so disappointed. It has gone down hill a lot.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I noticed that there was a pool which is nice. Lobby is impeccable.
Cons: Given the low rate paid...my comments are nit picky. Rooms feel a bit old. Near the airport but isolated and there is no complimentary shuttle service. Shuttle costs min.6 euros per person...which can add up if a large family. No CNN.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent! Very friendly staff.
Cons: The room I was given was not so good. Seemed older than others on the other side of the hotel, which had small balcony.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel looked impressive on the outside. The lobby was also beautiful. The restaurant was really nice and the food was great.
Cons: Our room was pretty 'bare bones'. Though the bathroom was very nice, the beds were small and the mattresses were not very comfortable. They were the types of thin mattresses that you would find on a 'roll-away' bed. There was a TV, but no kettle for coffee/tea, though there was a coffee vending machine in the lobby. I'm not sure if all the rooms are like that, or if we were just in the 'servants wing' or something? The first time I used my credit card in Europe was to check-in to this hotel and to pay for dinner in the restaurant. Coincidentally, later that same night, I received a text from my credit card company, asking if I was attempting to make a purchase on some fashion web site. I wasn't. I ended up having the cancel the card and ask for a replacement when I returned home.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The people in reception were excellent as was the young girl tending bar. The male bar staff and male breakfast attendant were less approachable and less friendly though helped as needed. The shuttle service from/to airport was excellent. It is close to Ostia Antica which is well worth a visit and tours can be arranged at the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and unit was clean. Breakfast was included in the room and was good.
Cons: There were few bathroom amenities, the unapproachable manner of some of the wait staff in bar and restaurant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: For the overnight and day spent at hotel was great! The dinning and bar areas and staff specifically made the short time there really welcoming.
Cons: I did not find anything I didn't like with my stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place close to airport.Warm tidy room,VERY tasty restorant and friendly staff.Recommended.
6.2 Good
Pros: I liked the restaurant, nice pasta selection. The room was very clean, but the facilities were not favorable; the heater did not seem to work and the shower gave us trouble to keep the water hot. We had to preheat the water, but it was not working, it wouldn't stay warm for a minute and go back to cold water.
