Green Motion never responded to my calls to be picked up from the airport. By that point, renting a car from another company was super expensive. I needed to get a taxi to my destination. The round trip taxi was about 3-times more costly than the rental was. Although this was not directly Kayak's fault, it demonstrates a failure to properly vet your clients.Reviewed 23 Jun 2026

The process was smooth and fast and the guy at the counter made everything easy. My only issue was the options, since I needed a car to cross to the US, greenmotion only had one car with extender coverage in the US and I had to get what was available which was only one car.Reviewed 10 Jun 2026

Please save your users the headaches associated with this company. They charged us $507 for a black rub mark on the bumper that we did put there. They looked to find something to charge us for. I had 8 photos of the car before I rented it. It had dings and scrapes, so I thought I was pretty thorough with my photo documentation. But when we returned the car, it was obvious they were on the hunt. They pointed to every little thing and would say..."No picture, you pay". After looking at all my pictures, they noticed I didn't have one of the lower corner of one bumper. There was a little black mark that almost entirely rubbed off. But they coerced me to sign the damage report by saying I wouldn't get my $1200 deposit back. Just an absolutely horrible experience. Never again. Beware!Reviewed 20 May 2026

Wait at the airport was half an hour - that's too long. Car was very old - worked fine, but couldn't take client in my car. Ended up calling Uber to get to the restaurant. Insurance verification alone took 20 extra minutes. This should have been required at the time of booking so I could have avoided the delay at the rental office.Reviewed 16 May 2026
