The location was good next to the Colorado River. There was some remodeling going on in the motel. Our room had a broken window and moisture between the two panes but we were on the parking lot side so mot much to look at.

Pros (+) The bed and linens seemed new and of good quality
Cons (-) The bathroom tiles were loose and one was broken. Bathroom towels were old and thin. Room/carpet have not been updated.

Pros (+) On the river
Cons (-) Air conditioner wouldn't stay on long enough to consistently hold a cool temperature. It would automatically adjust to a fan cycle and then off so the room was too warm most of the time. The door to the room did not open and close easily. The lock seemed to jam and a few times we had to cycle it back to open with the room key.
