Pros:The staff did not document my extensions on my rental when I called on 11/25 @10:36am. NO CARS AVAILABLE!Pros:Once the regional manager took action, the rest of the process was pretty much flawless. But of course it should never have come to that.Cons:Arrived and no cars were available, and with no advance notice. I was not the only one, either. I was offered no options whatsoever until I involved a regional manager, after which they were finally able to pick up a car from another location, after a delay.Reviewed 13 Sept 2018

First and Last Time Renting from Hertz...Pros:Nothing.Cons:Had to pick up keys in 1 location that was open and car in another location that was closed. Got to the closed location and they had given us the wrong car. Called to cancel and they tried to deny the refund bc we had pre-paid. After fighting with the billing dept they sent the request to upper management. This happened a week ago and we’re still waiting on our refund. Needless to say, we’ll go back to using Enterprise from now on.Reviewed 16 Jun 2018

Do not Rent from Fayetteville Ga location! (270 Glynn St N.)Pros:Easy drop off.Cons:I had the worst experience with Hertz! 1.)The car wasn't ready at time of pickup. 2.) The car was not the correct type that I ordered and had no trunk space. 3.) The car was on empty at pick up. 4.) The air conditioner stopped working early on in my trip, and had to drive three hours towards my destination and make a stop at an airport to swap out cars. 5.) Wased money on gas that was not used in my original rental when swapped out, and was not reimbursed. Customer service at this location was horrible, and we were hung up on 3 times when we called the 800 number. Very disappointing experience with Hertz. I will never rent from them again!Reviewed 19 Mar 2018

Hidden suprises!Pros:Good selection of vehicles. Staff not forthcoming with much info - example website appeard to say return car at specific time. Had I returned car as website indicated, I would have been charged an additional day. After several confusing answers the gal finally admitted car needed to be returned no later than 8am so we wouldnt be charged. Note to self, do your research and do NOT assume anything with them or else be prepared to be surprised when you get your final statement! Do not plan on using this Hertz again.Reviewed 21 Jun 2017
