Don’t be late or you’ll be sorry!!Cons:We were over the 2 hour pickup window due to a rail delay. Hertz gave away our car (an automatic that I paid $200 extra for in Scotland). Only car left was a stick shift...fine I’ll drive a stick!! But no reduction of price !!!Reviewed 8 Aug 2018

Pros:The car was in great condition, and easy to drive. Friendly staff and good price.Cons:I had requested a small car, and made my reservation weeks in advance, but none was available so I had to go for the next size up. Not a huge deal, but I would have preferred a smaller car. I also got bad advice on the gas deal.Reviewed 5 Jun 2017
