I booked a reservation on kayak and then took a $70 Uber to pick up the vehicle only for them to tell me it was unavailable due to under staffing. Only one person at the counter who happened to be injured. Five other families were told the same thing, offered no solution or alternative and would not let us speak to a manager. The individual working the counter just hid in the back room. STAY AWAY!!!!!Reviewed 2 Nov 2021
