Pros:Rental specified a car from their "special" class and paying for, and i ended up with their cheapest car class despite the 100 buck difference between their cheapest A class and "Special". On-site the staff told me that their special division entailed a class A car, which is very misleading! So despite being a long term Gold Reward member i was not even given the courtesy to speak to their manager to sort this one out. Going back to AvisReviewed 5 Sept 2016

Wrong car and unfriendly staffCons:Payed extra to get a convertible and then got "upgraded" to a dull station wagon which was not at all what I had payed extra for. Will just go for the cheapest car next time. Waited 45 mins at the counter because the staff was so busy. They don't seem to have workforce planning. On top of that the staff was unfriendly. Will avoid that company in future.Reviewed 15 Aug 2016
