Pros (+) Breakfast was very good, if hectic. Room was well-appointed. Bed was nice.
Cons (-) The main elevators broke down during our stay. The service elevators had to be used heavily. I ended up doing a lot of walking up and down stairs. (That's probably good for my health, but it wasn't possible when I was carrying bags!)

Pros (+) We were in the newly reconstructed room, so everything was great. Beds were comfortable, very firm though. If you prefer plush you might be disappointed. Bathroom was OK, a bit on tight side, but not much different from regular bathrooms in the US Hiltons. The staff was polite, the doorman helped with luggage, etc. Overall, I believe that compared to other hotels this provided the good value. I co...
Cons (-) We were on the 5th floor. The reconstruction was ongoing on the 1st floor so we were warned that there might be some noise until 5 pm. The noise went on until 6 pm and it was quite significant and annoying (drilling sound). We got only 2 bath towels so my wife asked for the 2 more so we can have dry towels for the morning. The lady on the front desk took the note, but the towels were never deliver...
