Wonderful
Anonymous, Jul 2018 - Ibis Birmingham Centre Irving Street
Pros (+) Clean and comfortable room, with a large workspace which is appreciated! Some improvements to the bathroom since I last stayed, which is great. The biggest plus though is the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome and appreciated, even when I was being complicated!
Cons (-) It's a shame the rooms lack air-conditioning as it can get rather hot when the sun is shining.

Mediocre
Anonymous, Jan 2018 - ibis Birmingham Bordesley Circus
Pros (+) location is great
Cons (-) bed sheets are in unacceptable condition, old. Walls are too thin and could hear the next doors TV so loud I couldn’t sleep. Window was not broken and wasn’t able to open it at all. Needed a few more minutes after check out time and wasn’t granted them, had to pay $20
