Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to public transport, scenic views, and peaceful surroundings. Room size and comfort were also appreciated, especially in comparison to other hotels in the area. However, several guests reported negative experiences with service, particularly with housekeeping staff and check-in delays. Cleanliness was another concern, with some guests noting issues in rooms, bathrooms, and the pool area. The pool itself was frequently mentioned as outdated or in need of maintenance. Overall, while the location and room size stood out positively, service and cleanliness require improvement.
