It is a very standard InterContinental hotel. I would rate it 4+ rather than 5*. It doesn't go above and beyond, as one would expect from a luxury property. Pros (+) If you want to be in the middle of it all at Time Square stay here.
Cons (-) Everything from the quality of room service, attention to detail and cleanliness, broken wifi, and price tag was incredibly underwhelming for a 4+ star hotel. The Hilton a few blocks away is a better value and so is the Westin across the street. This hotel felt stuff, old and dated.
