Pros: When I first pulled up and they didn't have a let I was a little worried about my choice of hotel, but once inside I realized this was an amazing hotel. The room was incredible, the shower was to die for, the facilities were relaxing and classy. There wasn't one detail that went unnoticed by the staff/hotel. It's the only hotel I want to stay in when I'm in Miami from now on!
Cons: The suite was very clean and nice
Pros: The rooms were big and well laid out, bright, and had everything I needed.
Cons: The staff melted down when a plane was grounded. Over-run and not prepared.
Pros: The rooms were outstanding. One of the nicest I've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly and catered to my every need.
Cons: The pool was not heated as listed. The location is only great if you don't plan on seeing what Miami has to offer. Its a really nice airport hotel.
Pros: It was quiet.
Cons: Most of the items on the menu in hotel restaurant were unavailable. there were no restaurants nearby.
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Pros: Great room. Great shower. Comfy bed
Cons: Internet was terrible. Restaurant service needs improvement
Pros: Fitness center was nice and the rooms/hotel was super clean.

Pros: The service at four seasons is exceptional in every area. An amazing experience.
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: Amazing staff, great dinning

Pros: Great staff! Wonderful food and beverage. Loved the service on the beach.

Pros: Location is central to everything in South Beach. The staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to make sure guest have an enjoyable stay. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping the room clean even sweeping the sand from the beach off the floor.
Cons: The walls are paper thin and you can hear guest in other rooms all around. Guests in the halls can get noisy and those sounds come through pretty clearly.
Pros: Walkable to restaurants, clubs or the beach.
Pros: The staff was amazing. The only thing that bothered me was the internet was not working.
Originally built in 1939, by master architect L. Murray Dixon, today the hotel encompasses 53 deluxe rooms and suites, a rooftop pool with panoramic ocean views, Including a new Ocean Front edition with 20 breathtaking rooms at 800 Ocean Drive bringing the Hotels rooms down to the ocean. The two properties bring the total to 73 beautiful rooms and suites, with shared amenities
Cons: The room service we ordered was never brought to us but charged. We waited two hours.
Pros: We like the pool and the bed and that three were a variety of restaurants within a couple of miles.
Cons: The view from the room. We had a view of the roof of the lobby.
Pros: Loved it
Pros: Free parking and free wifi Beds are comfy Great tall shower Close to international and dolphin mall Tip : if you are traveling more than 1 get the room with free breakfast for 2 Good deal
Cons: 25th st next to the hotel is very busy
Pros: Crisp sheets. Clean.
Cons: Older than I expected.
Pros: Just first class.
Pros: We didn't communicate with staff very often - only at check-in and check-out, but they were very friendly and kind. The pool was awesome! Parking was easy, too, and this is a great location, as it has many restaurants nearby.
Pros: Cleanliness, pricing and no parking charges.
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: I loved the location. I also loved the ambience of the hotel. The tall bar tender was the best!!!
Cons: The maid service left something to be desired. After having to request multiple times for beds to be changed or toilet paper to be placed it became apparent that complaints needed to be made. After which service improved dramatically.
Pros: A beautiful hotel with a fantastic restaurant. Friendly staff as soon as you walk in. A wonderful experience.
Cons: The parking lot is a bit of a walk to the entrance of the hotel.
Pros: Cleanliness and good staff
Cons: Right on airport landing path. Loud outside but quiet inside
Pros: Friendly staff!!! Great breakfast ...it was included in my stay!

Our convenient location is seven miles from Miami International Airport and minutes away from the International Mall Dolphin Mall and Downtown Doral; scheduled complimentary shuttle is offered to these locations.
Pros: excellent staff. very clean. nice breakfast buffet for $14/person. wonderful location
Cons: no noise cancellation.
Cons: I've stayed in hotels for the past 25 years. This was one of my worst experience. My room had 2 queen sized beds and it was the smallest room I've ever seen. After fitting 2 queen beds there was no space left to even walk. Smallest side tables which can not be used for
anything. Small closet, the doors of which won't open. Miniscule bathroom. They charge $10 resort fee per day which includes towels and beech chairs. When I asked for extra towels, the front desk lady sternly mentioned "you have already taken 4 (when I had taken only 2 and wanted 2 more) and refused to give anymore). Jose at The front desk was very helpful and always smiling otherwise this is a rip off. No pool, awful drinks and nothing else I would recommend. Stay away from this place. I had horrible experience. Hope you don't!!!
Pros: Nice rooms, great staff
Cons: They made us pay a resort fee per night that was not optional. Unfortunately it rained our entire trip, so we could not use the beach chairs or towels, but I was still charged anyway. ALSO. There is no pool. It is very misleading because it stated there was, but it is not built yet.
Pros: Nicely Decorated
Cons: Was on floor 3 and could always hear the people moving around upstairs.
They didn't clean the bathrooms too well... Let us without toilet paper for a day.
Pros: Great decor and location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Rooms were on the small side and the bathroom was tiny.
Pros: Excellent service
This chic South Beach boutique hotel, housed in an Art Deco–era building on Ocean Drive, is across from the beach and a block from the SoFi club scene.
Cons: Way too much traffic and construction
Evidently i also had no flexibility as i booked through an online service that was non refundable but i was not told...so that soured me on the while trip
Pros: Walking distance to everything Downtown. Great location!!

Cons: Flight left me and I Sent them Proof from American Air Lines Then they promised me to re-booking amount, week left and did not recover the amount Whenever I tried to contact them A person who on the counter Transfer my calls to The Department Competent and No one answers no one call me back again ..... they are thieves
Pros: The location, the size and quality of the room and bathroom, the courtesy and skill of the staff.
Cons: We liked it. We'll come back.
Pros: Location and pool.
Cons: Dirty pool, dirty spa, dirty room, expensive forn nothing. Even the holiday inn has a slepers and more clean the bathroom and bedroom.
The closet was broken, and they gave us a room for special capabilities i dont know why.
Pros: Location is great. Friendly staff.
Cons: Reception lobby too small and crowded. Walls too thin.
Pros: The W Miami is a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. The rooms are luxurious with king size beds and large bathrooms. The fitness center has all the machines needed for a good workout, and a hot tub for after the workout. There is a large pool on the 15th overlooking the bay. I can't wait to return.
Pros: Amazing room, will definitely go here again. Staff was helpful in providing a room when Amoma failed to make a reservation for the hotel. If you are booking a hotel room from kayak through a third party, buyers stay away from Amoma!
Pros: Modern, cool, hip--like all W Hotels. Unlike some, there wasn't loud music playing at 3 am at the upstairs club. View is great. Gym is good, but a bit of a haul to get to as it is in a different building.
Cons: Hotel messed up my bill quite badly and overcharged me by about $500. Only attempted to resolve after I had to intervene at check-out and again over the phone (and I still haven't seen the final refund come through via the bank). Additionally, while I was having dinner, the bartender at the restaurant came up while he was on Skype with his son and was like--"look at this beautiful woman eating by herself!" It felt a bit invasive.
Pros: Pool,location,bed itself was nice.
Cons: Customer service was very bad for a 5 star hotel, mold in hallways of room, dirty stained carpets, every piece of furniture was damaged and just looked bad. If I wanted to stay in a hotel 6 I could have saved 200 dollars.
Pros: The hotel and atmosphere were great. The best service were the bell hop and the valet service.
Cons: Untrained staff, in particular the service in the restaurant was poor! Front desk gave conflicting information are not clear when asking about restaurants.
Pros: Loved this hotel. The concierge Jorge Rocha was so helpful, he gave us GREAT customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami.

Indulge yourself in our 28,000-square-foot spa and fitness center. Catching some rays on the 2-acre WET Deck featuring a 300-foot infinity pool on Biscayne Bay. Sip cocktails at FIFTY Ultra Lounge while admiring dramatic views of the skyline. Stay awhile. Created for discerning globetrotters, each of our 146 guest rooms and suites features a private balcony that overlooks the city or the Miami River, plus marble bathrooms with Bliss Spa® sinkside six lemon + sage bath amenities.
Cons: We stayed there for a week and we didn't like:
- Noisy, music everywhere, very loud, not smooth nor relaxing
- noisy guests that staff did not stop, in my case, people came to the lounge with their own speakers
- noisy rooms, better get out early, before 9 am or housekeepers will let you know you are lazy
- fees for everything, it's ok to pay for additionals, but resort fee is not worth it (and it's a hidden cost), valet excessive, fees for receiving packages is expensive.
I would recommend to bundle better tariffs and consider flat fees or caped fees for those who stay several days.
After the second day, we ended trying to avoid every reason to stay in the hotel during the day. In particular, we avoided the pool, only one time tried to spend the morning there but could not resist the music of the hotel and the personal music of some guests.
Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room, very nice facilities (indoors and outdoors), renovation of reception area a major improvement.
Pros: I had a very pleasant stay, the staff was amazing.
Pros: The view from the room
Cons: The Roach that was crawling around the room. Took forever for housekeeping to respond to compliant
I had to call the Loews 1-800 number to get service after calling front desk
Pros: The hotel was beautiful ocean front view balcony view.. Very close to ocean drive an Lincoln mall rd. We really didn't need a car.. O yeah right on the Beach.. They have beautiful outside water plaza where I got on my need an she said yesss
Cons: ATTN we were notified before our stay way before our stay there would be construction but how would I know I'd get the room right next to all the banging and beating
Pros: Location, layout
Cons: Drilling & hammers right by my room at 7a. I can understand 10a. For those from Ca this means it started at 4a
Partying, LOUD rap music , yelling from balcony on my floor. I complained and NOTHING was done
Cons: Under construction; noisy
Pros: I loved the hotel was right by the beach
The amenities including the spa, banana boat, beach chairs and excellent customer service
Pros: Pool area was beautiful, and open 24 hours! Love how the hotel was right next to the beach. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Price of food and drinks at the pool / beach was expensive, but it was what I expected when booking the hotel. Beach chairs were included in the resort fee, which was nice, but the fee didn't include a beach umbrella with the chairs...the umbrella was an extra $25 for the day (and we absolutely needed the umbrella because it was so hot outside).
Pros: the hotel amenities were fine, meals were good not exceptional. pool is nice as is beach access.
Cons: i don't recommend for a vacation setting. hotel is very large, busy - not relaxing for a couple. Lacked the intimacy and romantic touches of other hotels catering to vacationers vs. business.
Pros: Hotel is good but pricey for its accommodation .building is little old .
Cons: Beach is too far from hotel. Bathroom is small for the price paid for room
A beloved hotel with an enviable oceanfront location is now even better, following a $50 million renovation. Stay at the redesigned Loews Miami Beach Hotel and enjoy all-new experiences throughout your stay. Welcome to a South Beach Icon, Reimagined.
Cons: Memorabilia from Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr
Pros: It was nice being on the beach. The pool area is beautiful.
Cons: The rooms are dated. No recent upgrades.
Cleanliness is questionable. Everything is super expensive on the property. $12 for a ginger ale, $10 for a bottle of water, and $30 for an alcoholic beverage on the beach.
Doesn't make sense when you are supplied with the most generic soap, shampoo, and conditioner in your room. Nothing is beautiful in the actual hotel rooms. Only the amenities, restaurants, lobby, and pool areas are aesthetically Pleasing. I will not stay there ever again.
Pros: Everything you needed was at the hotel
Cons: The beds were very uncomfortable making it hard for me to enjoy my stay there. with the money you pay for the hotel the beds should be comfortable, giving you an at home feeling. The suite rooms we were in smelled very old
Pros: Location was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and incredibly helpful. The buildings are beautiful and everything was easy to use and easy to navigate. Overall the best hotel experience by far!
Cons: N/A-Very impressed with everything!
Pros: The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable
Cons: The staff is unfriendly and rude. They constantly remind you of what you "can" or "cannot" do as if you are in an airport. They have an extremely poor customer service as a whole. I travel to
Miami quite often and there are plenty of other 5-star hotels on Miami Beach that in my opinion have better customer service and are not filled with juvenile delinquent guests.
Pros: Stayed in the Chateau tower which was better than Versailles.
Cons: It's a bit north of South Beach but not too bad.
Pros: Location, room ,restorants,everything
Cons: Fees for beech furniture rent
Pros: Pool and spa nicely designed
Cons: Got there and found there were nerds and lipstick on the carpet as well as a big wet mark. I called front desk to see if the room had been cleaned and they said they didn't known but they could connect me to house keeping to see if I could get someone to come clean it. I said "can't you do that" she just said would u like me to give you house keeping number or not. Then on Kayak it soecifically says on some options "no breakfast w this deal" so I picked the higher price option bc it did not say that. I get to hotel and they tell me
Breakfast is not included. Then I try to go to spa and they charge me more money even after I showed them
My Kayak reservstion says spa included. Later that night I come back to the room to find it was never cleaned. I wouldn't even have complained about any of this had I not paid over $400 for the one night I stayed here.
Pros: The property is amazing! The pools are great - got a little crowded on the long weekend - but very enjoyable. We had an oceanfront room and the views were breathtaking.
The beach access was really good and you got free beach chairs.
Its a little away from south beach and all the shops and restaurants - but we knew that going in.
Room service was not up to par - they routinely forgot to replenish our coffee/ sugar.
Cons: The food was just OK - and the price for food and drinks was exorbitant.
Valet only parking and it was $45 per day!!
Cons: The pool is closed very early
Pros: Amazing hotel. A little bit of a struggle to get a pool chair in the morning, but the room and views were spectacular
Cons: A little far from all the excitement in south beach
Pros: Beautiful hotel
great night life

Pros: I always use Hilton because for several reasons but this hotel stood out for their staff, overall feel and looks of the hotel along with the comfort of the room.
Cons: View from our room, preferred the ocean view
Pros: I was pleased with the amenities and cleanliness. The location was also a major plus.
Cons: Parking was not included in the service offering neither wqs internet.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, knowledgeable concierge, usual level of Hilton comfort, close to public transport
Cons: Needs a makeover, drab decoration
Cons: pay to park
pay for internet
Cons: getting old.... hope it´s renewed in the future
Pros: Close to the bus stop & mover
Cons: Far from the beach
Pros: Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Cons: 1) Status was not recognized. Although we booked thru agent, other brands still recognize it. They are even stingy on the complementary bottles of water.. which is funny. I will not give Hilton into priority consideration in the future.
2) Some residents were definitely smoking pot inside the room.
3) We had 4 people checking in and were only given 3 towels.... which is very much ridiculous.
4) The bed was not set up in a tidy manner, and the trash can and empty bottles were not removed after the room cleaning.. that was a very bad experience.
Pros: Location, room, view was great!
Cons: Expensive parking fee
Pros: It was overall a fantastic hotel, would stay again
Cons: The construction
Pros: everything was perfect
Pros: I got a very good deal for how nice the hotel was. the food was good. the bed was super comfortable. very close by to everything.
Cons: tv kept messing up

Pros: We stayed in The Kaskades building at The Gale. Kaskades is a separate building from The Gale, but has all the amenities and then some. The bard was unbelievably comfortable, probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The hotel is in the northern part of South Beach and is within walking distance of Lincoln St. shopping, the beach, and tons of restaurants. Also, Dolce, the restaurant in The Gale has great service and food.
Cons: The only problem we had was a small communication issue with the staff. When we first arrived, after check-in, we were told our room was on the third floor, but the front desk attendant forgot to tell us that our room was in a separate building. Again, not Abigail deal just slightly irritating to pull your luggage around the hotel, only to find out you are in the wrong building. Secondly, we asked for extra coffee cups for the Nespresso machine in our room and we were told twice that housekeeping would bring some more up, but they never did. Nonetheless, we had a great stay and will definitely come back.
Pros: Loved ALMOST everything about this hotel....GORGEOUS desig- modern yet comfortable (I would like to hire their designer for my entire home), staff (was treated like a king at breakfast on the patio), ambience, location, restaurant, rooftop pool (jaw dropper). Even the music playing in the elevator was "choice"!
Cons: The only slight disappointment was the room itself. It was severely lacking in furniture and closet space. It was surprisingly sparse. Zero counter space on which to put anything. There was definitely room for a small dresser and a few chairs. Hopefully someone will read this because I'm 100 % certain I'm not the only guest that has felt this way. (The marble bathroom, however, was beautiful with a seductive shower that lured me in for at least 20 minutes! Sorry green people!)
Pros: Nice hotel and good design
Cons: When I arrived they only had 1 bed in my room. I had called weeks beforehand to make sure this was not going to happen. I even paid an upgrade fee to get a room with 2 beds since I was on a business trip with a colleague. When they said they only had one bed, they said it was my fault because I used a third party site to book. The hospitality was very poor. They didn't' even make the arrangements to get us a cot.
Pros: Contemporary style and comfort.
Cons: See through bathroom door.
Pros: The place is in a extraordinary location, is very clean and the staff is awesome
Cons: The doors are so noisy you can listen when the people or the staff cleaning the rooms are around ,the bathroom is a mess with the water all over the floor if you need an umbrella in the beach you need to pay extra you only receive a seat and a towel
Pros: The bed mattress was so, so very soft & it just hugged you night
Cons: All of the ghost/hidden fees that I was hit with before I checked out & that what asked for in room size bed wasn't there.
Pros: The hotel has superb location, cool architecture, excellent restaurant.
Rooftop pool is so perfect if you, for some reason cannot make it to the beach.
Haveto mention the staff that at all times where so attentive and friendly.
Will easily consider this establishement for my next stay in Miami Beach.
Cons: First floor rooms are slightly disturbed by the nearby lounge room, having live music in the evenings. Ask for rooms on second floor and above or ask for earplugs if you are in bed early.
Pros: I've stayed at almost every high end hotel in South Beach and the Gale/Kaskades has been by far the best experience. The property, amenities, and most importantly the staff was always helpful and a pleasure to interact with. We will definitely be back soon!
Cons: I have read the reviews below and wanted to provide insight: yes there is a nightclub on premise, so you do hear some bass around 11:30pm-3am on Saturdays. But you've gotta take into consideration, you're in South Beach, it's a loud vibrant city. You have some music/noise every where on the strip.
Pros: Clean and well located
Cons: This hotel wants to be big but falls flat on so many points. For one is loud come night they place a night club on premises with out insulating sound proof , results you can't sleep. They play it big but fall flat in making you feel like your in a lux hotel.
Pros: The location was perfect, the staff was attentive and the rooms were high tech, modern and comfortable.
Pros: Gale was very sexy and overall just a beautiful hotel. I loved the design and even the hallways were sexy. The room was awesome and very quiet which was a plus. I also like how the staff is very friendly and even sent a text to ask if I needed anything to make my stay better. I will definitely stay there again!
Cons: The ice machine was on the lobby level. But others than that no complaints at all. This is an excellent hotel.
Pros: The hotel is very sexy modern Art Deco type decore. Full amenities Bar and restaurant on site roof top pool and access to the beach lounge chairs. I would recommend to out of towners and locals looking for a sexy getaway.
Cons: The hotel has a Collins Ave address yet the vallet is really on James St. A side street a little confusing and having to circle the block a few times battling south beach traffic was not a highlight.
Located in the Art Deco District, Gale South Beach is 1 block from Miami's South Beach, and Symphony Park. It’s a 20-minute walk to the Art Deco Museum, which offers guided tours of The Park Central Hotel and other architectural highlights. Lincoln Road's pedestrian mall is 3 blocks from the hotel.
Pros: Location near beach. Good breakfast. Rooms were well equipped, clean and beds were comfortable
Cons: Noisy when bar is open
Not so appropriate for family with small kids
Cons: Need more hearty breakfast
Pros: The lobby and pool area are great. Friendly staff. I stayed in a women's quad and a woman's 8 bunk dorm. Both very clean and orderly. Could use some minor upgrades for the seating. Since it's so humid in Florida I would suggest mildew, resistant chairs. The ones they have now trap moisture and smell a little. This hostel is located directly across the street from the bus stop, beach and boardwalk which is an easy bike ride or walk down famous Collins Ave (hotel district). The hostel rents bikes - the first 2 hours are FREE). The free daily breakfast is excellent. Fresh fruit, pastries, assortment teas, cereal and oatmeal. More than enough to fill your belly and take some for the road. There is a restaurant on site but I didn't eat there. If your budget is tight and you need a decent friendly hostel near to everything (especially if you are on foot), stay here.
Cons: The bathrooms in the women's quad need UPGRADING! They have old-fashioned tubs that catch grime and the drains look gross. The toilets and sinks are older. I also stayed in an 8-bed room and the bathrooms were much nicer.
The lines at the front desk can be long since there are typically only 2 staff, BUT they are friendly so don't argue!
Pros: Cool hostel with pool and bar right next to the beach
Pros: Everything perfect. Bathroom in the room - clean - great breakfast - garden and nice area outside to have breakfast - swimming pool - team very nice
Cons: Not so many stores around - no more coffee and/or tea after 10am
Pros: Best deal in Miami. Great staff, great pool, prime location. Broken Shaker is dope too.
Pros: nice staff, nice environment.
Cons: impossible to find a parking
Located in Mid Beach, this hotel is within 2 mi (3 km) of Miami City Ballet, Lincoln Road Mall, and Art Deco Welcome Center. Lummus Park Beach is 1.9 mi (3.1 km) away.
Pros: The cuisine at the restaurants was delicious. The pool was beautiful and the beach access a plus. The rooms were well decorated and the staff friendly. The location was also great.
Cons: The rooms were small and there were not black out curtains. So, between the "thin walls" (hearing the cleaning staff banging around in the morning) and the light coming into our room, it was hard to sleep much past 7am. The price for drinks was extremely high and I did not appreciate having 19% added for gratuity before I even had a chance to evaluate the service.
Pros: Staff was outstanding - particularly te front desk team!
Cons: Restaurant menu was limited and the food was below par.
Pros: The bartender was extremely informative, professional and mad very good drinks.
Happy hour was nice.
Cons: The elevator broke and we were stuck for 15 minutes. Also the towel rack in the bathroom broke, however it was promptly replaced. I was incorrectly charged for room flip flops, it was also promptly corrected.
Pros: The service was great! The staff made our stay fun and carefree. Clean, updated rooms. Fun atmosphere and a great location. Highly recommended.
Pros: Price and location
Cons: Small elevator
Immersed in the heart of South Beach, this popular oceanfront hotel offers easy access to all that is south beach.the nightlife, the shopping, and of course the beach.
Pros: The hotel was renovated and very clean. Great location within blocks of the beach and eating establishments. Pool area was very nice.
Cons: Bathrooms were small and not any drawers to put things up.
Located 4.1 mi (6.6 km) from the airport, Washington Park Hotel offers a great location, putting you within just a 10-minute walk of Art Deco Welcome Center and Lummus Park Beach. You can visit the fitness center for a workout or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. An outdoor pool and a garden are other highlights, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like MP3 docks and premium bedding.
Cons: I stayed in motels better than this one. Hall ways and rooms stink, AC blowing on your face. No elevator, 2 stories building.
Pictures and reviews were very misleading. For merit was a mistake.
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: Parking was an additional $20 per day. The was tiny, but they called it a continental breakfast.
Cons: It smelled like smoke, the rooms were dirty looking, the breakfast was tiny, and outside the window of the room they showed up was a trunk and no sunlight was let in and the people there when they found out that we were not staying they were extremely rude!
This South Beach boutique hotel is 2 blocks from the beach and within easy reach of nightclubs, shops, and cafes. The Lummus Park Beach is a half-mile from the hotel, and Lincoln Road Mall is 1.2 miles away.
In the mornings, enjoy a complimentary Continental breakfast at Tangerine Bar. You can stay connected with complimentary wireless Internet access in public areas. Outdoor Tennis courts available for use on site. The property is smoke-free.
Hotel St. Augustine offers 24 spa-inspired guestrooms. All feature showers with multiple massaging jets and a steam option. Monogrammed bathrobes, designer toiletries, and hair dryers are provided. Rooms also include TVs, CD players, minibars, and complimentary high-speed Internet access.
Cons: smells bad everywhere, fruit on breakfast is from cans.
no refrigerator in room
Pros: The coffee
Cons: It was old, shabby and out of the way
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: The room was smelling really bad and it was dirty!
Pros: The man who checked us in, I can't recall his name, was very helpful. He made it his business to go above and beyond. I booked online and the reservation was not sent through the company. This gentleman had it fixed in minutes. He was professional, helpful and spoke highly of the facilities. He assured us of our safety, during hurricane Matthew. He told us of hurricane windows and a generator. )3 was very helpful, and eased our minds.
Cons: The carpet was not vacuumed in our room. Otherwise it was clean.
Pros: Room was clean staff was polite
Breakfast on time satisfied
Cons: The second day rolled eggs
Cons: I waited 1.5 hrs for the airport shuttle and the breakfast was very unhealthy and the air conditioner was old and loud.
Cons: One of the elevators was out of order, so there were long waits. In our first room the air conditioner did not work and there was no mini fridge. The air conditioning on the floor of the second room did not work but did in the room. We were sweating while waiting on the one working elevator. The indicator lights in the working elevator did not work so there was confusion if the elevator was going up or down and what floor it had stopped at. The breakfast was ok but they could not keep it stocked. As soon as they brought out food it was gone immediately. The rooms were clean and it was quiet but not up to Hampton Inn standers.
Pros: I needed a hotel close to the airport and wasn't expecting to find something So quiet and comfortable with class. The pillows & down comforter were heavenly.
Cons: I didn't have enough time to enjoy everything.
Pros: The breakfast bar was wonderful. And the pool area was very nice.
Cons: The surrounding area was not as nice as I would have liked. Also wish all of the staff would have spoken English. It felt a bit like being in a foreign country.

Pros: excellent , the host very friendly , excellent Barman and drinks
Pros: The staff was grade a. Everyone was so nice and friendly it was a blast. The people who stayed were polite. The location was bomb 10/10
Pros: Me and a group of friends went for my bday. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice happy hour.
Cons: I can honestly say I had no complaints.
Pros: An efficiently run system. As comfortable as can be expected when in an eight-bed dorm situation. Amazingly convenient to beaches, night-life, public transportation. Without doubt the best way for a solo traveler on a limited budget.
Cons: Dirty restrooms
Cons: Front desk was rude. Reservation in their system didn't match what I booked online and they wouldn't honor it even when I showed the reservation details. Charged my card for the night and refused to refund money.
Beds n' Drinks Hostel is just 4.8 mi (7.7 km) from the airport and offers a shuttle (available 24 hours) for USD 35 per vehicle roundtrip. You can visit the outdoor tennis court for a workout or unwind with a drink at one of the 2 bars/lounges. Other highlights at this Art Deco hostel include a terrace and a garden.
Pros: Rooms were nice and the pool was nice. Location was close to the beach.
Cons: Poor service. Also the AC in our room didn't work. For 200 a night in south beach I would expect that the AC would be working properly. Additionally, the room was spendy, although it was expected for a last minute booking, but the hotel charged us an extra 20 dollars for a service fee for some odd reason. Also, there was only 1 server at the pool and she got off at 6. So guests that went to the pool had to go down from the pool to order drinks, which is an inconvenience for how much the rooms were.
Pros: Euro style, pleasing to the eye. Room was comfortable and we had everything we needed (except for one day when they failed to leave us bath towels).
Cons: Food availability is a little lacking. We went up to the pool on the top level where we heard we might get lunch. Person shows up once in a while to take your order. Salads and sandwiches. Took a while for it to arrive. Breakfast buffet for $19 was fine. No restaurant in this hotel so you have to cast about the neighborhood for dinner. The bartender at the AC recommended an Italian place a block away that was very good: Cantina 27. And there are restaurants in the Miami Beach Edition hotel across the street. Can't speak to their quality/value. We did not use the TV so can't say anything about that.
Pros: Loved the shower
Cons: I would of liked to have drawers in the room.
Pros: Nice location to Miami beach, awesome roof top infinity pool but apparently anyone off the street can use it.
Cons: Room floor was filthy, lots of dust balls around the edges and corners in the bathroom. Walk in Shower with no door has barely enough glass to keep water from splashing out to the rest of the bathroom floor. You get 2 complimentary bottles of water in the mini fridge, however the bottle cap seals were already broken, leading me to believe that they were refilled used bottles!

Pros: Location is great. Short walk to beach and Raleigh has beach chairs towels there as part of resort fee. Pool is big - lounge chairs in pool which are cool. Good food in restaurant - a little expensive but worth it. Empanadas were excellent. Get breakfast at Rosetta Bakery which is close by instead of expensive breakfast at hotel.
Cons: Had to pay $19 for umbrella at beach. Asked for early check-in. Arrived at 1:30 and had to wait until after 3 for room.
Pros: rooms, pool, service
Pros: Beautiful pool, lobby, bar and restaurant. Perfectly decent, if slightly outdated, rooms. A very nice place to spend a weekend.
Cons: Lots of fees and very expensive valet parking only, but I think that's true of all hotels in the area. Their website could be a little more informative.
Pros: I loved the pool! The restaurant was also great the food was yummy and the service was great. I also liked the concierge he was really helpful. The staff in general were really friendly and helpful.
Cons: The Art Deco feel threw me off a bit as I'm used to staying in hotels that are a bit more modern. I wished that the room had a little fridge to put my refreshments like they typically do at other hotels.
Pros: Perfect location, beautiful pool.
Cons: No internet. Very hard mattress.
Cons: Unfriendly staff
Not worth it for the price
Pros: The hotel was close to the beach and had a cool pool area.
Cons: We took their last reservation of the night at their nice restaurant and despite spending $150-200 on a bottle of wine and steaks, we were told to hurry up and order as soon as we got there because "the kitchen was closing". It wasn't very classy. Our statement at checkout also had some BS extra charges we had to dispute. More hassle than it was worth except for the nice location.
Pros: Beautiful art deco hotel. Awesome pool, pool deck and access to the beach. Great for lap swimming and hanging out. Staff was helpful, really friendly, courteous and prompt. Close to great restaurants and clubs. Dulce, across the street in the Gale has excellent Italian food.
Cons: Rooms and systems in serious need of updating. Although clean, rooms are fairly small and attention to detail was not great. Worst was the clanging pipes all night long. We had to turn on the fan to overcome the constant banging. We thought it was the elevator but other guests had the same problem. AC barely functioned on last night. The TV had so much static we could not use it and screen res was terrible.
Pros: The Raleigh captures the romantic appeal of a classic Miami beach-front hotel, with a welcoming lobby, luxurious pool and friendly staff.
Cons: However, the guest rooms are tiny and cramped, with claustrophobic bathrooms (and ants in the sink drain) and no fridge or coffee maker. Also, the cost for valet parking ($39/night + tax) was exorbitant, but at least they didn't tack on a separate resort fee to our bill.
Pros: Nice "Old Miami" feel to it, pool area was nice with all the tropical palms surrounding
It . Good coffee shop and pastries
Cons: Out door bars should have some mounted fans for customers also not just the bartenders, felt outdoor lounges also could have been nicer with some color to them , white is boring, , a few small shelves in bathrooms would be nice to place your toiletries !!
We stayed here and walked to the SLS a block south and sat at their bar everyday was a cool vibe, but I would stay here again !!
We did order 2 glasses of wine in the Martini bar area asked for a glass of water also when we order but didn't get it, asked again but same bartender again forgot ??? Either has short term memory loss or just didn't want to do it??we even tipped addition to what is added
Pros: I have been staying at The Raleigh for years as it had always lived up to its self proclaimed title of the "grand dame" of south beach. Sadly if current management continues in the direction witnessed during my stay over the 4th, The Raleigh as we knew it is gone. Before this last nightare of a stay I would have described The Raleigh as romantic, beach/waterfront, boutique but now I would describe it as having poor service, poor management, poor cleanliness.
The interesting part was that everyone working there knew it was awful, it seemed the upper level management/decision makers for the property were off site for the weekend or perhaps hiding as it was that bad.
Cons: The Raleigh gave a promoter license to utilize the grounds for a two day fourth of July party however did not alert any guests of it. Had we and every other guest we encountered during our stay had known we would have booked elsewhere.
It was a nightmare, there was no service for hotel guests, the pool was crammed and dirty/disgusting. There was a DJ with brain rattling base music blasting from morning to night.
Featuring a private beach and a legendary pool, this Art Deco hotel is on Collins Avenue, a half-mile from Lincoln Road Mall, 1 mile from Lummus Park Beach, and 7 miles south of the Bal Harbour Shops.
Cons: Old Building
They charge Parking 19 dollars per day + take/drop tips valet
They charge for packages 4 dollar per package per day, even if the package arrives the same day you´re staying in the hotel
They have 3 elevators, 2 of them were broken, they opened the service elevator and it was dirty and smelled bad
The evacuated the building with a false fire alarm
Pros: Location was great
Cons: Very disappointed with the TV in the room not working- I mentioned it to the front desk twice after I checked in and they said they would send somebody up to fix it and never did. also called housekeeping to send up some toothpaste and they never managed to show up. Overall clean room though, just minor inconveniences that can be upsetting.
Pros: Great location near the airport, shuttle service very convenient and very friendly. Great service in the check in /out , also in the restaurants. Good breakfast . Clean rooms , pretty view from the other side .
Cons: The only complaint is the room 853 is impossible to sleep. Very loud , maybe the air conditioner or something. Was a nightmare.
Pros: It was a great place to stay!
Pros: We had a great meal. The atmosphere wasn't fancy but the food was good.
Cons: A better beer selection
Pros: The check in line was super long when we arrived so we went out to dinner. When we got back it was peaceful. Staff was nice. Decor was modern. Beds were soft. Room was quiet. Very nice stay. Needs free coffee in the lobby in the morning.
Pros: Could not get room service.
No free internet
No wake up call
Pros: I liked the price
Cons: I didn't like the fact that I was charged to park my vehicle.
The bathroom had hair in it that was not mine and when I called the first desk she said she would have someone come clean it and no one came.
Cons: Front desk rude and not interested in help
Pros: Rooms were comfortable, clean, and we had a nice view of the golf course. The airport shuttle and location made this a perfect start to our vacation.
Pros: price and location
Cons: Bathroom and shower was in bad shape. tile and grout was black and the shower on /off lever was broken and very hard to use . But worse was the black mold in the white tiles and grout. Just a little spraying of clorix would have done the job
Pros: The view was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The employees were helpful and the shuttle service was really useful.
Cons: The shower was not very big and there was no hook or rod to hang up my used towel.
