I enjoyed the sports book and the great food
Conference location good
2 nites complained heat not functioning, credited me resort fee (BS) At 5 pm had to pay for upgraded room because no king room available
Very nice place,
Some attitudes of a few individuals we needing improvement, but overall staff and the resort was great, I definitely will be coming back..
We booked this room for a girlfriend and I as we attended a conference. We added her name to the reservation. We both flew in from different directions. When she landed, before me, she had to wait for me to come as the ‘reservation team’ did not add her name to the booking. While she had a copy on her phone of the registration, the check in staff would not budge. However once I arrived they added her to the room. They could have done that 2 hours ago!!! They had the empowerment of making it right and they did not. Shame!
It was okay.
The condition of the room. Loud neighbors. Clogged tub. Rust spots in bathroom tub. Smoke in the hallways.
Outdated and Worn Out
The convience to the convention center and monorail made getting around very easy.
The showers are short and he toilet seat was in need of replacement. I could feel every spring of the mattress along my back on a king bed with 4 of the smallest pillows I have ever used.
Bombarded by timeshare sellers
The hotel is in a decent location with the monorail that takes you right to the strip. The room was upgraded and spacious.
There were employees around every corner trying to sell you a timeshare and trying to get you to sign up for things. They are very pushy and once you start talking to them they don’t let you leave. The north tower elevators close at midnight to 6am which is really inconvenient when you’re tired and want to get back to your room when you’re tired and/or have been drinking.
The worst ever
Not clean Bad service No response and corporation Mistakes everywhere No towels Bad smell
Not as pictured
Location is convenient to convention center
Rooms are poorly lit, beds are not very comfortable. Wish I would have stayed somewhere else.
Been there several times. By far my worst stay
Honestly, not much this time around
My room had a leaky shower, which I asked them to fix, it didn't get fixed. Their superbook app was down on one of the busiest days of the NCAA basketball tournament. The entire place just seems outdated. The bed had a huge slouch to the side, pretty sure it was broken. Pillows are awful, not restful at all.
Mold around tub, sink area not clean, tv remote didn't work, called two times and still wasn't fixed or replaced, vanity light on mirror didn't work. Will think again about staying here.
Quality of food available was not good.
