This hotel was amazing, first time visiting but definitely not the last.
Overall this whole experience was amazing
Very clean, loved my updated room, bed was extremely comfortable.
I got a room at the end of the wing and the walk was long, I know that the elevators are limited, but the walking after the parties was dreadful.
The bed was super super super comfortable.
That everything was in close range and that we really didn't have to leave if we didn't want to.
A microwave in the room for leftovers and easier uber/lyft access.
bed ed comfy, very clean and friendly staff
jacuzzi was closed and wished pool was bigger. to bad no kiddie pool
Everything was great even during the covid. I really enjoyed the room was more elegant than the last room I stayed in.
I really wish the monorail was running would have made everything more pleasurable
Love the hotel
Staff excellent and friendly. Service to Text to hotel for any questions excellent, best seen in any hotel.
Infrequent shuttles to the Strip or Downtown.
The beds were comfortable The pool was open and not crowded All the staff were very nice and helpful It was a very clean hotel
The a/c in our room was extremely loud and kept waking me up when it turned on. We called in for extra blankets and ended up on hold for 20 min the first time. Then when we called back because they never delivered the blankets, we couldn’t get through to anyone. So the operator Phone service could have been much better.
Didn't know they had breakfast
clean the room everyday
2 rooms were not air conditioned...Finally on the 3rd try, they gave me a air conditioned room. My last room was great!!!
Need more food lications open
