the room and especially the shower the unfriendliness and antipaty of the reception staff. the hotel is very understaffed, the service at the restaurant is poor and the food was of very mediocre taste.

Hotel was in an excellent location for slopes and village,rooms were very clean and warm,and reserved parking place (at small charge) Authough very clean rooms and serviced daily the towels were very old and worn...a little hard on the skin, No english speaking staff on arrival made check-in difficult as were a bed short.

Location of the hotel was very good, pretty central. Quiet location, clean room. It was good that they could provide parking but the parking was very difficult to find. Some more signs would not hurt. Also, while in the parking building, the lights turned off a couple of times and it was hard to find the switch. Breakfast lacked greens.
