The only good thing about this hotel is the buffet breakfast and it's location and that's it. Good food selection and setting. The breakfast room is huge and very ornate, with high ceilings and nice chandeliers.
Management needs to upgrade the level of service, and amenities. The reception staff seem lost in their own world doing their thing, seem disorganized, oblivious of guests around them and lack common courtesy. The bathroom - so tiny and in need of upgrades and serious plumbing repair. The bathtub - so small, literally half-size and very dangerous - very difficult to take a shower. Is this standard in Lisbon? TV is not the flat panel type but small, old tube type.

The room wasn't very clean when I arrived and the shower was mouldy on the roof.

I weas particularly pleased with the excellent location, as regards sites, museums, center city and historical places. Also a great many restaurants to select from.
