The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was excellent.
We had booked multiple rooms including a family room for 6. Unfortunately the family room looked nothing like the photos and two of the beds were small. Aesthetically this room was much worse than the others which were lovely. Having said that, we paid just over £100 each for 3 nights in a prime location, so it was great value for money.

The hotel was in a brilliant central location and we could walk to all central areas of Lisbon. The room was very comfortable and had a view of the bustling street from the small balcony. There was a good range of breakfast on offer. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast coffee was not so good!

Fantastic location and lovely comfortable room with all necessary facilities.
The staff all looked sad - from reception to breakfast to cleaners. It made me wonder why they were sad. Maybe their manager should give them a boost.

Great location, quiet, clean, nicely decorated room, very rich breakfast
The breakfast was included in my payment, but the staff claimed that it's not. I had to prove it twice! The room was tiny, the bathroom door couldn't be locked, one of the electrical outlets was out of its place
