Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was clean and tidy and excellent for relaxation. The location is perfect for exploring London. Overall, great value for money!
Location is great. Guy at desk very friendly.
No common sitting or eating area. Rooms very small.
I liked very much the location - nearby the metro and super restaurants. the young people in the reception was very obliging.
the fire proof :-)
Location is excellent minutes from Paddington Station. Bathroom good but shower could be dangerous.
Breakfast all from Lidl but ok. Bathroom good Shower dangerous while I was using the shower and some other guest used thier cold water the shower would burn. Double bed is 4ft not standard. TV cant be seen from the seating area or the bed had to put the fridge on the bed side table to watch the TV in bed. The porter said he would take my luggage to the room while we was out as the room was not ready. when we returned that night we had to carry the luggage to the top floor over 4 flights of stairs not a good start.
The Location, the hotel was right next to Paddington Station. The ensuite bathroom was bright and modern. The breakfast tray which was brought to our room in the morning.
The hotel policy states that you can check in at 12, we were told we had to come back at 2! We were extremely disappointed as this was the main reason for choosing the Metro. Our room was tiny and cramped, the room had not had a thorough clean, not much room around bed, no storage for clothing. It was at the top of the building, many flights of stairs to climb and quite noisy. I think it is overpriced for a budget hotel.
