Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Paddington station and local attractions. Many also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, small or cramped rooms, and noise disturbances. Some guests also report problems with the lack of elevator access, making it difficult for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. While the value for the central location is recognized, comfort and room quality are areas for improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
