Many found the rooms and public areas to be clean, and several guests highlighted the friendly and helpful staff. However, there were frequent complaints about the breakfast quality, room size, and extra charges for amenities such as the safe and water. Noise from nearby bars and the small pool were also mentioned as drawbacks.
