Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and the friendliness of the staff. However, there were numerous complaints about cleanliness, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, bedbugs, and poor hygiene standards. Service experiences varied, with some guests finding the staff helpful and solution-oriented, while others encountered unresponsive or unhelpful personnel. Opinions on value for price were mixed, and while a few guests found the beds comfortable, others reported issues with room maintenance and amenities. Overall, the location and some aspects of service stood out positively, but cleanliness was a major concern.
